After just completing my first appointment I can truthfully write here that he is better than advertised. I move around frequently for my career - Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Nashville, South Bend, and now Cincinnati. Dr. Gregory is the most thoughtful, thorough, and professional optometrist I have ever visited. He spent a long time with me during my exam, making sure I had a detailed exam and answering all of my questions. His staff was also very nice, helping me choose the right frames and contacts. My family and I have definitely found our new family doctor for our eye care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Gregory and his staff for all of your family's eye care needs.

I get glasses and feel nausea and vision strained. Go back to get lenses checked and they are spot on with new prescription. make appointment with Dr again and assist again is great and get correct prescription. Dr B comes in and said to me" usually the dilation refraction works. she said she would split the difference and gave me new prescription. Split the difference? Now i meed to go back and get 2 new lenses in my glasses.

Then Nikki the manager swoops in at the last minute on the 2nd pair which were sunglasses, and guess what.... They make spiffs on the type of lens they sell you, the type and cost of the frame, and an extra big spiff for the second pair. Money money money, by the pound.

This place scams their customers and lacks any form of integrity. The guy in his 30s with the…read moreorange tinted glasses is rude and condescending and doesn't know how to do basic functions of his job. I ordered additional addons to my glasses that were not correctly added on, I called a number of times and got 5 different answers and they had no way to verify the addons were done. Avoid this place at all costs. They lack professionalism and basic organizational and communication skills. They also violated HIPPA by releasing my prescription to an unauthorized person and I will be following up with the medical board.
