The other pair have had the lenses fall out THREE times. Just took them out of the case and BOTH lenses fell on the floor again! These are not unusually thick glasses and only ground for distance and no bifocals or anything else. Somebody there does not know how to grind glasses to fit in the frames. This has happened so often that I had to go to another optical company and get a pair made b/c these things are falling out of the frames even while I was trying to drive at night, when I need them. If you depend on your glasses to be able to see, and use them reliably, I would not recommend going to this place!! The pair I bought at a differnet optical company have been fine.

Where do I start. I went in for my appointment for an eye examine and to purchase glasses. I sat…read moreand waited an hour after appointment time to be seen. Got my exam and a new script. Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. The appointment was for 10am but there was no staff there. They strolled in about 20 minutes late. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?

Edit: It's been officially 4 weeks and still no call about my glasses. Also no "how they can make…read morethis right" just excuses and blaming the lab. I'm extremely frustrated and don't even want this glasses anymore as I could have ordered them anywhere else and have had them by now. The doctor here is great. This has nothing to do with the service he provides. They will dilate your eyes and tell you to go look at glasses. Makes sense but when you ask about prices they give you a look. Sorry I can't read a price after you guys just dilated my eyes. Realized they added extra stuff only due to the price being off. But again it's hard to read what they are doing because of your eyes being dilated. They told me it would be around 2 weeks for my glasses. It's now been over 3 weeks and will probably be at least 4 by the time I get them. Just as reference, my wife went to lenscrafters 5 days after me, got her first pair of glasses back, realized it was slightly off, had another appointment days later, and now has had her second pair for around a week now.
