I've been coming here for about 8 years now for my eye exams. Originally, they were Pearle Vision and started their own optical clinic. The staff has always been fantastic! Always available for questions and to help pick out new frames and discuss lense options. They are quick to get back to you if they don't have the answer immediately. They take several insurance carriers but will offer discounts for out of network. Clean and well maintained store with a large selection of frames for the whole family. My daughter and I had our eye exams there last month. Dr. Adams and his staff are fantastic! My daughter has cerebral palsy and uses an electric wheelchair. They were very patient and accommodating. Great spot to get an eye exam and new glasses! I would say they are a little pricey, but aren't all eye glass services? They do have some lower priced options too though - super cute Tom frames (buy one, give one - similar to their shoes). I have been using this office for approximately 15 years. In that time, I have directed my husband, my son, my mother-in-law and co-workers to use this business as well...that will stop immediately. This optometry office has changed drastically since when I first was a customer. Initially it was a change in staff, then a change to the name and now, simply a change in the attitude of the staff and policies of the business. I was examined and fitted for glasses in August which were shipped for free to me. I was told that I would need to come back into the business in January to have my eyes examined again to accommodate a fitting for contact lenses. At that time, I was re-assured I would be able to be fitted for contacts although had a history of problems in the past. Dr. Breazeal tested several pairs of lenses (none would allow me to comfortably read) and as a last attempt ordered a pair which he was confident would allow me to see both distance and up close. Today I was called by the office because my contacts are available for pick up. I requested them shipped and was advised there would be a $15 fee. When I pushback that my eyeglasses were shipped in August for free, I was told it was because their office was closed. How confident the store manager, Anna, was conveying this. Not for a second did I feel she researched who I was, how long I have been going to this business or how many customers I have referred. She could have easily waived the $15 and maintained a happy customer. This is fine because I will now be directing everyone to The Eye Care Team (downtown Spokane) and will attribute this to businesses that grow and eventually forget the people that helped them achieve success. EyeQ is a new optometry office, at least under new ownership as of March 2022. I'm glad I found them. I liked everything about the place. The location is convenient, the offices are clean, bright and welcoming. Everyone on the staff was super friendly. I was impressed with the latest equipment and particularly enjoyed seeing photos of the interior of my eye on Dr. Adams' computer screen. Dr. Adams was personable, knowledgeable, and has a great way of making you feel comfortable and answering your questions. I will definitely be making him my eye doctor from now on. Excellent service, great selection, quality products, and great value. I called on a Saturday afternoon not knowing they closed in 40 minutes. The manager, Tom, was very helpful on the phone, and accommodated me when I arrived even though I got there 2 minutes before the store closed! I have been going to Eyeguys for about 10 years. Excellent customer service from everyone who works there. Recently I ordered some sunglasses that were bifocal and polarized. After a week I was informed they could not get the bifocal polarized lenses right away as there was a shortage of the materials in the country. Everyone getting sunglasses in the summer! However they put temporary single vision lenses in my new frames to use until my lenses came in. Two weeks later my lenses came in and they put them into my frames in just a few minutes while I waited. No extra charges for any of this at all! Quality glasses with top-notch customer service! The girls here are amazing. This was my first time coming here. All i needed from them was a few measurements to get prescription sunglasses from an online dealer and they were more than willing to help me. Where as my primary eye doctor facility was t=going to charge me $35 dollars..... yes not much but i was just trying to get one measurement. I came in for a standard eye exam. I was seated in their exam room and was told to read the lines on the wall with each eye. Right closed first then left then both open. Glasses on and glasses off. First off, their lines where projected off of the wall behind my head and I was viewing them through a crooked mirror. Then the technician had me follow her fingers multiple times as well as follow a light. That was the extent of my eye exam. No questions of how my glasses where working, if my eyes hurt or where strained through the day. No questions about anything. I never even spoke to the optometrist who was in the office at the time. I feel very disappointed in the lack of care of how my eyes are doing and the quality of the exam. I won't be returning to them for services and I won't be recommending them in the future. read more

This business has excellent customer service! I was on vacation and tore one of contact lenses. I called several places who couldn't help me at all and had no sympathy for me. Plus is was a Saturday and many placed were closed. I called Eyeguys and Lori was so nice, she offered to call my eye Dr to get my prescription. They really went out of their way to help me today.
