I knew this in advance. When my glasses arrived, the prescription was way off. I could not see correctly in my left eye. I returned for a new exam, this time, the Optometrist was in person. He apologized for the goof up, discovered my prescription was incorrect, and re-ordered new lenses. 7 days later, I called to ask if they were ready. A rep told me the lenses were there, but had to be fitted to my frame. Was told they'd be ready the next day. I called the next day, and was told again, the lenses were there, but needed to be placed in the frame. Ugg!!! 2 weeks without my sunglasses. Torture. Just called and found out my sunglasses are finally ready. NEVER AGAIN. FULL STOP. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

Finally, they gave me the partial refund of $220 instead of $534(they did not give me $314 refund which was the credit on my account for the past year - they claimed that $314 was the discount, not carryover from the previous one.)
