From the time I scheduled the appointment to the actual appointment there were several checks on insurance coverage and payment, but not one question why I am making the appointments. I do undertstand the need to get paid for service but this should have tipped me off that the business has more of a transactional focus than a care focus. My appointment was with Dr. Kovacs and she was very professional and pleasant. Thorough, not rushed and explained everything. I would recommend her. The reception and sales staff on the other hand couldn't seem to be bothered. I had better service at the DMV. Very cold and unpleasant. Frankly, I could not wait to leave even though ordering glasses and contact lenses online or at another store is an inconvenience. Perhaps its because its a realtively new location or just lack of training. I do prefer working with local businesses but this expereince was unfortunately dissapointing.

I found Wright Vision Care online, looked at the reviews, and took a shot. So glad that I did! The staff is absolutely friendly and they are knowledgeable! They have an option for checking your eyes without dilation. They gave excellent recommendations for new glasses and even fixed problems with my then-current glasses, which I did not get from there. And they called a week after I picked up my new glasses to make sure everything was still working well. So glad that we are now patients of this terrific place!

She told me that they carried the frames and gave me directions. At this point i knew that could get another pair if necessary. When i stopped in, they were busy, Angie immediately took the broken frame and told me that she might just have a replacement part. A couple of minutes later she returned with the part and told me both how long the repair would take as well as the cost. I could not have imagined my fortune. An immediate repair at a most reasonable cost. I left walking on air knowing that i had found my new eye wear provider. Mary & Angie are both wonderful people to meet and the can do attitude is so refreshingly welcome. This store is one of 3 serving WI locations so they have both depth, support and commitment to their state locations. Don't fail to visit as good providers are difficult to find.

Didn't seem to understand my insurance, as it was different than the person I came with, they automatically called him my husband, even though we have different last names and different insurance. Waited a bit for the technician, who was very nice. Doctor was all business, gave an answer to my question that wasn't really an answer. Hello Google. I hope I have time to look around before next year's examination. If not, it is only once a year.

Dr. VanHecke and staff were so kind and patient and understanding. Exactly the kind of medical professionals one would hope for - especially when it comes to kids. As someone whose vision has always progressively gotten worse, I figured it was normal that my prescription changed a couple weeks into treatment. However, it was because my eyesight was getting BETTER and they even let me order free new lenses for the new prescription. Dr. Engdahl truly has your best interests at heart and wants your eyes to be as healthy as possible. If there were 6 stars, I'd give him 6.
