I told them what I was looking for and the girl pointed at the section of frames I should be looking at. While I was looking at frames, the girl who pointed said if I wanted anything else Tracy could help me. Tracy never got up out of her chair. I brought six frames over and Tracy who was inappropriately dressed in leggings and a sweatshirt for frontline work, did help me choose three of the six frames and priced things out for me...all 3 frames were the same price. While fitting me, she had me look through a machine which, after I took it away from my face, saw the nosepiece I had just placed on my face had caked on gook from who knows how long. When I pointed it out, did she take it and clean it, no, she put it back in the drawer. I came home and washed my face without buying anything. If I had picked out my own frames and been able to put my own information into a computer to order, it wouldn't have been any less customer service. Pricing used to be competitive but it was crazy expensive. Might have to try one of the online places.

I picked out $129 pair of glasses and a $249 pair of sunglasses Why was my total over $600 at the end?! I should've gotten the $129 ones free on their sign it does say lenses and frames included but then she told me I had to pay $220 for the lenses to be added to the sunglasses She also said that it wasn't much of an up charge to do the polarization turned out to be an extra $75 when I told her to please remove it she said well that price will only go down $30. How is removing a $75 item only bringing the price down $30. I will never get my eyes checked at this overpriced scammer of a company again!!!!! Shame on you Vision works!!!!

The worst part was when I went to pay - the cost was enormous - over $300! And I didn't buy glasses! After calling around Oconomowoc, I learned this was the most expensive office in town.
