Brought in truck and they mounted all the new wheels on and they found it they were wrong (I needed 5 lug and they were sent 6 lug). They had days to check the item to ensure it was correct but didn't They wasted my time, sat there for hours while they not only mounted the wrong rims onto the tires to discover they were wrong, then had to remount old rims back onto the tires. I was done with them after this and was told a refund on my credit card would be completed in a few days. After weeks, I had to contact my credit card company fight with them because they wouldn't return my payment. I would never use this place nor recommend them to anyone.

Didn't want to take a trip for a day from Orlando just to get wheels put on, but luckily enough the wife and I had a concert we were seeing on a Friday night in Tampa. Spoke to Frank and he sent me a quote. I followed up with him to let him know my time frame/time constraints to see if he could get the extra stuff he quoted me done. It was hard getting Frank to call me back or respond to my emails. Finally got him the Wednesday before. He could only do the wheels/running boards I wanted. I dropped it off on Sat morning, they finished by 3pm. Wheels/tires looked great, so did the running boards. Paid and was on my way. As I'm driving back to Orlando, I stopped at a drive thru. I noticed on turns, the tires were rubbing bad. Texted/called Frank, no answer. Left a VM on his cell and shop voice mail and nothing. I called the following Monday and spoke to one of the guys who said he'd have Frank call me back. Nothing. The guy on the phone also told me to take an exacto knife to the parts it was rubbing against. I appreciate the tip, but I paid the money I did to not have to do anything myself. Frank told me initially that with the 2 inch level kit he put in, the tires would be fine no issues. I brought my truck to another shop as well as a tire/rim place. They all said those tires were no good with the level and I'd have problems. So I'm out quite a bit of money and will have to resell these which sucks. Pretty unhappy, wish I ended up going to a local shop and getting different wheels/tires.

He even painted three different options and made sure she was completely sure what color she wanted. Then, she decided that the black stripe wasn't working and we called Alex again to get it all pinkish. He was able to paint the black part and it turned out seamless. We cannot tell where the car was black before. I highly recommend him for painting and body repair. He not only did a great job painting it but also was able to repair a few dents that were noticed in the process. I assure you, you will not be disappointed by his work.

Luckily I had kept records from 12 years ago and was able to re-order every part that had worn down, including shocks, ball joints, control arm bushings, and rack and pinion steering. The magicians at Next Level put it all together and got me back on the road with an absolutely mind-bendingly airtight reassembly and alignment. When I started the truck and put my hands on the steering wheel I couldn't even tell the engine was running. Truck handles like butter, and I am so glad I discovered these superb technicians after years of banishment in the mechanic's desert. An absolute jewel of a find and totally unexpected.
