They gave me excellent and accurate information beyond the basics. Ottawa is not on their regular route and they explained how it would be scheduled. They were friendly. The exterminator came when he was scheduled. He did exactly what we needed. He was professional, thorough, courteous, explained what he was doing and what he observed, asked appropriate questions, and summarized at the end of each visit. He has been a pleasure to work with through each treatment and we had confidence in his work. The problem was resolved. We are happy with the experience and greatly relieved.
