The equipment they provided was excellent, and the biggest perk was not having to haul everything to the beach or clean anything up afterward. We were able to simply show up, enjoy an amazing evening with our family, and head home when we were done. Showed up on the day to rent bikes and they allowed us to try a few before deciding. The bikes could be in better condition, most of the fleet were showing significant wear. One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

Everything went smoothly (brakes and seats need a little bit more maintenance but whatever) we rode them all the way to Huntington Beach, locked them, and walked around. Then noticed one of the bikes front tire was going flat. Called for help see what they could do. Pretty much they couldn't do nor seem to tried to do anything. So if you rent a bike ride it around the building because everyone knows nobody goes far in an electric bike, especially when you pay for an all day rental. Luckily I was able to fit it in my car after I rushed back to get my vehicle only to let me think what would have happened if it didn't fit. Would they have charged me extra....who knows. Do better Ray's Rental...flats should be common in your business.

Traci at the rental agency was very helpful at first. She explained the rental we picked was old and outdated but clean. She assured me of that twice. When our extended family of 19 arrived at our house, we were shocked at the filthy conditions of the house. Hair in the downstairs refrigerator, filthy on the outside of both upstairs and downstairs refrigerators. Stove upstairs covered in grease and food. Upstairs dishwasher filled with 2 inches of very gross smelling stagnant water. Bathtubs so dirty we had to put beach towels in them to bathe the babies. The downstairs bedrooms smell very damp and like cat pee. I called the property manager Traci immediately before we even got unpacked. She agreed to send the cleaning lady over the next morning. The lady came with an attitude, didn't seem to think much was wrong. Took one swipe at the kitchen counter, sprayed some bleach spray in toilets and snuck out within 15 minutes without going downstairs. I reported it to Traci, but never heard from them again. We really didn't have a choice but to stay, so made the most of it. We actually left the house cleaner than we found it! A week after returning home, we received our deposit check,minus the cleaning deposit which I thought was pretty bold since the place was a disaster.
