A buddy of mine highly recommended this shop, so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with my bike. The repairs were completed quickly, and everything now shifts and brakes perfectly. It's hard to find a shop that's both honest and skilled, but these guys are exactly that. If you're looking for a trustworthy bike shop with excellent service, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be back for future service and upgrades.

When I told him about my gears being locked up and breaks feeling spongy, he offered to fix them right then and there! When he got out his equipment and started working, he talked me through the whole process. He explained what each step was and what I could do for regular maintenance to keep my bike in good shape. While I understand employees were busy assisting other customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. During our time there, customers who arrived after us appeared to receive assistance first, particularly those interested in electric bikes. We continued to wait patiently and did not make an issue of it. Eventually, as an employee walked by, I politely asked a very simple question, whether the store offered delivery services. Rather than briefly answering or directing us to someone who could help, he responded, "I'm busy with another customer right now," without making eye contact. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience The question would have helped us determine whether we were ready to move forward with purchasing. A little acknowledgment and basic customer service would have made a significant difference. Based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere and would not return.

A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

Simply the best bike shop I've ever been too, and I've been to quite a few like the one called Eco Something It's like anything But a BIKE SHOP . Owned and run by Beach Cruiser bikers who actually Like beach cruiser bike. And the crew are the best in the business for repairs- they'll treat your bike like their own. I drop my bike off, tell them what's wrong, and trust them to replace what needs replacing, fix what needs fixing, and know that they'll get it right the first time, 95 percent of the time. And if they don't, they'll bend over backwards to get it right the second time. I could send it to my team's shop that will repair my bike for a lot cheaper- but I'd rather pay more, drive out of my way, and have the best crew in the business work on it , And the prices are compare to other shops is lower Keep up the good work Marc, Arman ,Gary and Austin & the rest of the crew! This store is fantastic!!! the most best customer service!! Went on Sat, July 9th got helped by Katherine who really cared about trying to help my 16 y.o. daughter find a bike. Katherine put my daughters name on bike and even though they had a possible sale for that particular bike they didnt sell it!! Arman helped us when we returned on Sunday and again received superb service, but best of all he really worked with my daughter on being able to afford the bike she really wanted ( used her own saved money) she even was able to get some accesories! Since it was our daughters money we let her do the dealing. Arman was very professional and sweet to her the entire time. My younger brother was in town and we found this place by word of mouth on the pier. It's right next to the crab cooker and what a great place, great staff and concept. We rented a couple of bikes at $5.00 an hour, and upon our return we actually purchased one of the electric bikes, as my younger brother loves motorycyles, he's only 16, so electric bike was a no brainer. They let him test drive a few, and they had it shipped back to Louisanna and it was the perfect, perfect gift to give to him. He loves it so much. Hello everyone. I was actually just in there last weekend, and WOW, they did some serious remodeling of the store. It looks GREAT. New paint, less clutter, looks real sleek. As far as customer service goes, I was very satisfied with their service on helping me choose a standard beach cruisers. Definitely the best deal I found in the vicinity of SoCal. Everyone is so up beat there, it caught me off gaurd cause' I am not used to such good service =). Bottom Line? Great employees with good attitude, and by FAR the best selection of bikes, and best looking (Now) store. Hope this Helps! read more

One of the best bikes shops I've ever been in. Greg, the owner is super cool and helpful. He customize a fat tire cruiser for me and assembled a bike I had bought my girlfriend for Christmas. They also use top of the line bikes for their rentals, which he kindly threw in for free while they put the bikes together. Greg and the shop guys even helped me figure out how to use my new bike rack I had put on the roof of the car. Just a great experience and I highly recommend Newport Cruisers if you're looking for a great bike or any accessories. Thx, you guys are the best! read more

I just moved to Newport Beach and soon found out that a having a bike is a necessity. I checked out most of the local shops and was surprised to find that they're bikes were overpriced and they lacked in customer service. Finally, I walked into Zclipse and was stoked to see that their prices were great and their employees were eager to help. They helped me find the perfect bike and all the accessories. newport cruisers is the best bike rental shop in newport beach. i recently got a bike that needed some fixing up (i.e. a new chain, a seat) i asked if they would be able to help me out with the supplies and sure enough they had just what i needed. they even offered to install and do a general checkup on my bike. all in all a great place to rent, buy and get repairs on all your beach cruisers. read more

Then noticed one of the bikes front tire was going flat. Called for help see what they could do. Pretty much they couldn't do nor seem to tried to do anything. So if you rent a bike ride it around the building because everyone knows nobody goes far in an electric bike, especially when you pay for an all day rental. Luckily I was able to fit it in my car after I rushed back to get my vehicle only to let me think what would have happened if it didn't fit. Would they have charged me extra....who knows. Do better Ray's Rental...flats should be common in your business.
