The end result is that All American Waste will take no responsibility for the damage to my car even though they broke CT law by not clearing the snow and ice off their truck. I could not find a replacement online, or from the toy manufacturer. I stopped into Batteries Plus, and the employee told me he had the battery, but not one with a unique plastic top with the terminal wires. He then said he could make one up for me. Since the top was super glued on. He broke off the side pieces on this cover and re-glued the top to the new battery. The employee was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in doing this. He also went above and beyond in giving me great customer service.

Paulo's crew arrived as scheduled with up to date equipment and protective coverings for the lawn.
