Return the next day to get it addressed and they were inconvenienced. Terrible customer service! Do the job right the first time and no on has to make a scene to be heard!

And show tires needed replacement.Didn't rotate tires or measure depth. But I got no flats. Surprise ,, the tires are 2/32 and they won't cover under warranty. But will sell me 4 new tires. I did buy the road side warranty and didn't expect these tires to go after 1 year of driving.. never again Walmart.. never again with Douglas tires 21,000 out of 45,000. But they did mark tires with no flats and no rotation as unrepairable.. . Do better. People.. do better.

However, this time they did pretty good for me And Mike Hardy, and the other workers discovered that my wheels were rotted on the inside and that was the reason why I had a flat tire because I thought I was going in there just needing a tire however I ended up having to replace the wheels which would have been replaced anyway and my truck looks really nice now with nice new wheels on it cost a few dollars more than I wanted to spend that day but all in all I'm happy with the way the truck looks With the new wheels on it and I didn't have to buy new tires.
