Last year we stopped at a place near Biloxi only to find it had been sold. At the time we had our older dog (Ben) who was a full Shih-Tzu. Ben got groomed very nicely, Jerry got shaved even tho he had no mats. I came to EZ Breeze with instructions from Jerry's groomer that Jerry was not to be shaved. It ended up that I did not have to tell them & I didn't need to worry. Jerry was groom awesomely. Jerry is afraid of people, yet he felt right at home with everyone here. At check out, I was told the price. I repeated it because I thought it would be more. I heard the price correctly. What an amazing place with amazing people. Thank you

There are several varieties to choose from. I bought a package of the "Yam That's Good" dog bones, freshly baked that morning. I was also given a "Cranberry Orange Truffle" that was devoured by my pup. Could the package logo possibly be any cuter!? Healthy, organic, and my pup loved them! They will explain things in detail in a way that you can understand and feel comfortable with what's going on. The care that you get for your money cannot be beat. Their facility is well laid out and that makes it easier on the animals to not get over excited. 100% recommended.

Dr Metzger examined my dog, took his history, and asked questions about his past problems (there are many). They have a Veterinarian that performs acupuncture (impressive). The office is clean. They sell the prescription dog food on premises. I am thankful to have found a caring Veterinarian.

The dogs' food and accoutrements were well labeled and organized, so if your pet has special instructions, I think they would handle that effectively. The dogs are kept separated at all times, but they are given outdoor breaks frequently. If you want to pay an extra $5, the staff will walk or play with your dog. While anxious to go home, Oscar seemed pretty content when I picked him up, and he hasn't shown any sign of being hoarse or sick to his stomach (which has happened when he's gone to daycare). So I think they took good care of him. Additionally, a particularly helpful feature of Paws anc Claws is the weekend hours. You can actually pick your dog up on Sunday, unlike most kennels I've tried in Austin. This saves money and makes it easier to plan your schedule. I'd definitely use this place again.

She then issued a refund of the overcharge for the grooming. She really stepped up to make a bad experience better.
