Customer service? Idk, the guy making the appointment sounds hella rude. Anyways, My first lesson was with Ms Tran and she's amazing! She lifted up my confidence. Although second lesson was with Mr. Johnson, and that honestly brought down my confidence because I told him beforehand that I'm a super nervous driver and it's my second time to ever drive a car. He would raise his voice alot when I make a mistake, and kept grabbing my wheel, almost not letting me learn and take control. I do have bad habits, but its because I'm super nervous and the goal is for me to be not in order for me to focus more and be aware. Anyways, I'm not that affected to the point I'm gon quit driving. I'm prolly just going to switch instructors or schools. read more

Their instructor Mr. Johnson was very grabby/touchy, would grab the steering wheel from me, said some misogynistic things that was not appropriate at all, and would raise his voice at me which made me very overwhelmed and not confident at driving. I believe Mr. Johnson is not fit to be an instructor, and overall did not have a good first experience. read more

Fantastic training. Above and beyond my expectations! An excellent job here at EZ Driving School. To get the permit we took driver education here. Driver Ed classes taught by Mrs. Christina is very informational to where my teen clearly understands what to do on the road. He passed his permit test the first time with ease because he learned so much in their driver ed class. The driver training lessons are taught in new Honda Civics. Nice cars to learn how to drive. One-on-one lessons. The driving instructor(s) Ms. Tran and Mr. Walter came to my door at the end of the lesson to go over an evaluation for me to keep. Every lesson I was given an evaluation review so that I knew what was taught within the driving lesson. From the first time I had a knock on my door for our driving lesson, the instructor asked me what I felt was needed to make my teen safer driver to drive with me. The instructor wrote it down and said they would go work on the issues I felt needed improving. Upon returning at the end of the driving lesson the instructor (both of them) gave me a new up-dated evaluation paper with the instructor going over it with me. I also liked how they walked my teen to the door to see me. The instructors explained their evaluation and asked me if I had any questions about it. Which I did not. These instructors know how to teach. We have one more lesson to go and we are looking forward to it! EZ Driving School is the best. So in "WOW" with their instructors, their kindness, and their above T.L.C. care taught to my teen. Wonderful instructors who teach driving correctly and safely from start to end. I would highly recommend this driving school. We chose this place so we could see where my son stood before we scheduled him for his exam. They showed up on time and had him drive a new Honda Civic. My son Cedrik enjoyed driving with Walter. It was easy to setup appointments and they also picked him up from school to do his driving test which was good. My only problem was I was promised each lesson would be $135 for all 3 but 2nd third lesson was $140. We paid it because Walter was really nice to my son and he felt comfortable. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because of the communication. The teachers however, are FANTASTIC. Our son (two years prior) had no issues with his training. This is in regards to my youngest daughter's lessons that started in January 2019. After my daughter's first lesson, all was good. Called to schedule the second appointment, that's where it all went wrong. I left messages with two actual people. No answer in 2weeks. Then, two weeks go by I leave 2 Voicemails, again, waited a week before I had to go with another driving school. Time was wasted by a whole month and a half. I gave up on them and went elsewhere. Here's the kicker: They get back to me a month later with excuses. By that time, my daughter has already completed the last two lessons with another driving school. I politely let them know that we had gone elsewhere, we didn't need their services. And I thought it was done. Then I get another call a week later, and again I say, "No thank you." And then TODAY, 2weeks later another call. I was going to let it go. BUT THEY KEEP CALLING WITH EXCUSES EVEN THOUGH I LET THEM OFF THE HOOK. Due to their lack of communication, my daughter can't take her driving test before August at the Fairfield DMV as it's booked up. And her permit expires in August. NOW, we have to drive 2hrs north for a driving test appointment. (Only one available!) SO.... beware the scheduling is shoddy, the excuses are extensive and borderline on harassment. But the teachers are good. P.S. I was avoiding at all cost to write this review, but after today's unsolicited phone call from them, it's done. read more

We needed to get a professional instructor for our 15 1/2 yr old daughter. I found EZ Driving School online, called them and arranged for a lesson. The minute Corrina showed up at our house I knew we hit a jackpot. She's very personable, and as it turned out, she was a perfect match for our daughter. After the first lesson my daughter was able to handle the car with minimum input from me and after the third lesson (and some instructions from me, of course) she drove us to San Francisco, all the way to Pier 3. I had some dude as my driver instructor I believe his name was mr. Johnson and he was not helpful and not good to work with while doing the behind the wheel training then for my next two behind the wheel trainings I had martiza Mathis and she was very helpful with me knowing what I can and can't do while driving on the road and helped me thoroughly go through every thing I needed to know to past my driving test. Carina Tran went above and beyond what we expected. She made my daughter feel at ease throughout the entire process. Sydney left her last driving lesson confident for her driver's test coming up two days later. The instructor communicated with us throughout the entire process, letting us know what they were going to be covering each lesson. Once the lesson was done too, told us what Sydney did well and what she could work on to become a better driver. Also addressed her as lady the whole time not trying to call her by her name. When I made the appointment with the school I explained that my daughter had a bad experience at a different school and was a nervous driver. They assured me that it would be a good experience. This company is very unprofessional and I highly recommend not going through them. My son was being picked up at his school for his last lesson, and realized that he had accidentally forgot his permit at home. I was told that they could charge me $25 to drive to my house; which is only 6.14 miles away, or $50 to cancel the lesson and reschedule as this was policy that I had signed. I didn't get a "contract" to sign until this last lesson and, was complaining about the fees because I knew nothing about them. I have to wonder if I would have ever gotten a contract if I hadn't questioned the fees? My son brought me the contact and told me, "the lady said she needs you to sign this contact". I signed it but wrote a note asking about this $25 fee since it was no where on their contact, and that I had just gotten it. My son left to go for his lesson and, I called the company to ask about the fee and the person who answered the phone had terrible customer service. She put me on hold several times abruptly, and without letting me know; I thought we were disconnected. While on the phone with the school, the woman doing my son's lesson came to my door to explain to me the policy since she saw my note. I commented that since it is not on the contract that I JUST signed, it cannot be enforced. Her phone rang at this point and it was EZ-Driving School. She explained the situation, and that I didn't see anything in the contract that was just given to me regarding the $25 fee and, the person on the phones solution was to completely cancel my son's lesson and charge me $50. I was totally flabbergasted. I was being relayed information by the woman giving my son his lesson through whoever she was talking to on the phone. Did I forget to mention that I was again on hold; I assume since no one ever said "could you please hold", and even made a comment as to whether I was connected still or not. I was told there was only one person working in the office, and since she was on the phone with the driving instructor, she couldn't also be on the phone with me. In the end I conceded to the $25 fee, but asked the woman giving the driving lesson to have the office mail me the supposed policy stating this fee. She said ok. Now let me just say, I 100% understand that it was my son's fault for not bringing his permit, but the way EZ-Driving School handled the situation was completely disappointing, and unprofessional and I will not be recommending them to anyone read more

She explains each concept down to the core and even give you a example story of the concept for better understanding. 9-03-20 : Very very happy to be making this review. I was so behind on my drivers lessons literally haven't even done one and I had a license test in about two weeks. I called the sweet sisters driving school and they sadly didn't have any room to book me in before my test. So they gave me the option to try Ez Driving School. When I called them; whoever was on the phone cooperated very easily with me (i was being a little annoying, jk i think ). Even though my hard headed 17 year old self procrastinated last minute I was lucky enough to have Ez Driving School help me get all my lessons done before my license test. But now getting to the driving instructor part. I had 2 different instructor for my first lesson, I wish I remembered who it was, but he was good. But my second instructor Christina probably someone who I bonded with. She instructed everything so clearly. Gave me a lot of pointers in driving and life. She was very trusting because she has no fear and also because she believes in you. But also very understanding and KNOWS what to do to help you with what problems you need to work on. She boosted my confidence and with ALL OF THAT 2 weeks later I passed my LICENSE TEST! She is never wrong. She is the best! No one is like her. EZ driving school with Mrs. Christina is a life changer!She's so patient when it comes to teaching her students. She's very detailed and goes into depth when teaching. She's going on 30 years of teaching so you know this isn't her first rodeo. I highly advise you to take her class if you are trying to get your license. Fourth and final kid has been sent to Ez, a local family run business. I would not send them anywhere else than here for driver's ed. I would not consider having my kids take this online, because nothing beats a live teacher for this. Ms. Christina is in her element and gets both student and parents completely ready for the permit test. Too many kids are failing that take it online. Plus, the competing online companies have copied and stolen the online documentation created by the hard working people from EZ Driving school! They should not be patronized. My four have all taken behind the wheel training as well here. Tip: Schedule early in the am to avoid car sharing. Bad apple instructors have been let go. He had his DMV permit appointment the Monday after his last class, passed, and then was given appointments for driver's training that Tuesday and Wednesday. Everything was very well coordinated. I had an appointment with EZ for Thursday 25th 4pm but unfortunately beginning of the driving we had a flat tyre which was fine so they schedule me for Sunday 28th 10am but no one showed up no calls for cancellation also. I called them Monday morning but whoever answered the call wasn't polite. I told him about no one showing up on sunday and he responds no one was scheduled for me. He didnt even apologize. He was giving me another appointment but i told him il book another school and he was like yeah thats fine. Its a waste of time. read more
