I am not one to complain. I normally only write reviews when an item or business is exceptional. However, I feel the need to give my opinion about my experience with ez eyebrow in Fairfield to caution future customers. Here we go.....I have had my eyebrows threaded for years at different locations and have been pretty satisfied with most places. I saw this shop and read the previous reviews so I decided to try it out since I live nearby. I asked the technician to please clean up my brows and keep them as THICK as possible. Well, when she finished, I pretty much had eyebrows thinner than the women in the 1960s. She pretty much "scalped" me. I will be filling in my brows for about two months until they grow back. I am not pleased with ez eyebrow and will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. If you want brows of any thickness, do not come here. read more

after my visit here a few days ago, i will not be coming back. i've been growing out my brows for several months. i came in to get a simple clean up. prior to my appointment, my brows were thick and close to symmetrical. after my appointment, my brows came out very thin, and EXTREMELY uneven. they look horrible. would recommend literally any other threading shop over this one. read more

I usually go to Touch of India on W Texas, but decided to give this place a try since it's close to home. Also I wanted to support a new business and thought maybe I would have a new eyebrow place, boy was I wrong. I have small eyebrows to begin with so I know they are a challenge, but i've always been satisfied at other places. I specifically told the lady not to take off too much, but she kind of dismissed me, rushed me into a chair and went to work. I should have stopped her periodically to see the progress, but waited until the end, only to realize she had taken off way too much, and my eyebrows didn't even match. One was a straight line with absolutely no arch and the other was too short. To make it worse, when I complained she said that it's because that's how my eyebrows are, only a bad workman blames his tools. Now I have to spend the next few weeks using makeup to try and fix them, and hope that they grow back quickly so I can go back to Touch of India, where they actually listen to the customer. I'm not sure if the person who does eyebrows is the owner, but i'd like them to know that they've lost a potential loyal customer. read more

I'm so glad to have found this place! I noticed it on my way to Costco a couple weeks ago and since my brows needed major attention I decided to try it out. The lady (sorry didn't catch her name) working that day was super friendly and did a really thorough job. I'm no stranger to threading and I this may have been the best threading place I've gone to to date-I'll have to see if it's consistent before I'll go so far as to say that for sure though. But I think my brows look the best they ever have. To top it off, the price was a value - $14 for brows and lip. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back here when it's time to clean up my brows again. read more

Had my eyebrows threaded today and much was left to be desired. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows in a while and needed them to be simply cleaned up. I communicated to the girl to just clean them up and not make them thin. After she was done the first time, my eyebrows looked shapeless. I asked her to give me an arch/some form of shape. My eyebrows came out looking a bit thin and uneven. I asked her to take off some tiny hair around my cheek bone and she did a bad job and told be she'd charge me an extra $10 to have my cheeks threaded. I didn't want my cheeks threaded just the area around my cheek bone; she struck me rather greedy and not committed to doing a good job. The girl I've always gone to charges me $10 (including tip) to give my eyebrows amazing shape AND thread the tiny hair around my cheek bones. My eyebrows are mediocre after the job the girl did today. If you're in a bind to get your eyebrows threaded, just stick it out. The girl that usually does my eyebrows had the day off and I regret not waiting until Wednesday when she came back. Do you're self a favor and avoid this place. P.S. It costs $9 to get your eyebrows threaded at this place. I didn't bother leaving any tip, obviously. read more

I went earlier today just to clean up my eyebrows and I never had the woman that was working before and she made one of my eyebrows too thin and made the top of it messed up compared to the other one. I haven't had problems with the other women who work there but this one I will never get them done by again. (She was working on Wednesday) read more

I always go here to have my eyebrows done. Today. The person pulled my skin repeatedly. It was so painful that it brought tears my eyes. The therapist could have cared less as how painful it was. Of course there is always some pain but the person today was careless. read more

Place is a little hard to find but, it's right next to Starbucks and across the parking lot where Costco is in Cordelia. After such a lousy experience at Touch of India on Texas street, it was really refreshing to actually be acknowledged when you walk into Ez Eyebrow. Kamala greeted me quickly. She was not only friendly but, had a soft hand. I didn't tear up once. Did exactly what I asked for. I went in for a simple cleanup. She did the arch and reshape perfectly. She even gave me a quick massage of the brow area after. Worth the drive if you are in the area. Definitely, will be back next time I'm in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone. Plus, it's 9 for eyebrows! Can't beat that! Great experience!!! read more

Such a good price and a job well done. One of the girls is very quiet and another is quite talkative, but I don't mind because I always leave with perfect brows. If you're paying with card don't forget to tell her how much you want to add for tip. They have an older machine and you don't get to write it in. read more
