She took her time evaluating my brows and shared a lot of knowledge about nano brows such as, the best candidates for it, and the healing process. After working on my brows, Priti showed me what they would look like after a nano brow session. However, once she finished, I realized it wasn't quite the result I expected, as Priti had mentioned from the start that I had a lot of eyebrow hairs, nano brows is for people with extremely thin/ sparse brows. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she tried to assure me that they looked the same, but her coworker agreed that she had ruined the shape. The ONLY employee I trusted, Kripa, no longer works there. This company should have taken better care of Kripa and ensured she was happy to remain with them.
