I'm sorry butttttt this is the worst hair color she could have left me with. Giving 2 stars cuz they did my daughter's hair well and accommodated us as a walk in, but that had repercussions cuz we didnt really get a chance to review our stylist's work but wished we did cuzzzzz... Omgggggg I know my hair was black ass black but I had it dyed multiple times before and a stylist has never left it untoned... I really thought I was gettin played n i thought to myself trust the process but the process was fkn undone I asked to get my hair the lightest, but omg I didnt think she would let me leave the salon with ugly ass orange red hair.. i saw it coming when she splotched on the wrong toner after (im not new to hair color, sister is a hair stylist but out of state), so orange came out instead and the brasssss was brasssssssssed affff Thennn I got gas lighted otw out to pay sayin it's normal and I was just too nice to say anything though I said something after... but then she said she could fix it for another $250 like whatttt I already paid $900 ($250 was for my kid she said) so this meant my hair was like $650 for this orange asssss shi and then she wanted me to pay another $250 and my dumass tipped $150 cuz she was nice tho but omg. So she said not to do anything with it that itll fade out with blue shampoo. So i doused that shi in blue shampoo n came out more orange tfffd So I youtubed how to fkn cancel out the damn orange n turns out I just had to box dye n tone that shi for $15 Ash Blonde and Wella t16 for 30 mins and bammmm out came ash light brown. Like howwww were uuu gnaa let me go to work like this orange asss carrottop hair when all u needed to do was tone it for a bit n u was gna make me pay another $250 to fix it?! Bro read more

Trisha was a live saver and an absolute angel! My daughter and her sister decided it was a great idea to play hair dresser and cut her hair REAL short on one side. By the time we saw it, there was nothing we could do. I called around to several hair salons late Monday evening. Trisha wasn't open but she happened to be in the shop doing some maintenance around the place. She told us to come right in over and that she would help out. We got there just a little before 7 pm. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After a terrible bleach job done by somebody else which left my hair snapping off and causing so much embarrassment, I called Trisha. After looking at all my hair, throughly discussing what I wanted, what I was hoping for and all the outcomes, she brought my hair to life again. Not only did she meticulously do each strand by strand to blend the bad color, but she talked me through it all making me feel confident she was doing an amazing job. Not only does my hair finally feel normal again, but it's also so silky and smooth after the treatment she used on my head. I went home feeling so greatful and confident again in my hair. After years of neglecting my hair and my needs in my mothering journey, I finally decided now was the time to put me first and get a haircut. I have had the hardest time finding a professional hairstylist that felt comfortable with working with such long, broken, thick hair in such a short time. It was definitely a spur of the moment decision so not much planning was made. (I would recommend booking at least a week in advance). I called about a dozen hair salons to feel them out and Trisha made me feel so appreciated, although she was technically booked solid, she took down my name/number and told me she would give me a call if her last appointment didn't show up. The stars had aligned for me and Trisha had an opening tonight so I headed there and was not disappointed! I had felt so bad about myself and my hair had gotten so bad I only felt comfortable throwing it in a tight bun. Trisha is the owner and also has 30+ years of experience in the business and has a passion for hair. The prices were very reasonable and she really spent her time on getting my hair back to life and talking me through what products are out there to help with upkeep. Also, I found it uncomfortable to have the waiting clients sitting very close to the owner's station, being able to overhear our conversation.
