I had my hair done by Christina and asked for a specific color. After the appointment, I noticed the color wasn't quite what I had requested, so I messaged her. She responded saying it would lighten up, but I received no further communication after that. Later, I saw a color on her Instagram that I liked, which was closer to what I originally wanted, so I mentioned it to her. Unfortunately, she blocked me without attempting to address the issue. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. It felt like she wasn't willing to work with me to resolve the situation, which reflects poorly on her professionalism. I had the good fortune to have a hair encounter with Teresa today. I don't know what kind of sorcery she practices, but she took my brutally abused tresses and magically made them into just what I wanted. Everything was a positive.Her salon suite is lovely, as is she. A really nice vibe overall. If being blonde is your desire, or if, (as in my situation), corrective color intervention is necessary ,my recommendation is to go straight to a blonde specialist. Kendra is awesome! I've never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. Her talent, personality and calm spirit were exactly what I needed on my big day. Kendra went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% on board with my wedding hair before the big day - which meant a lot. Since you'll be photographed a million times, it's important to feel good. She also created 11-12 different looks for all my ladies. They all looked beautiful. Hair had movement, volume and curls. And not one of them had that terrible old school prom hair look, which was AMAZING because there is nothing worse. She's has been doing my hair for 2 years now. Finding somebody who can properly do a blonde highlight or ombré is very hard to find. Most times is turns yellow or it's just not the color you want.
