That's why my husband and I were surprised when only you and your brother showed up. I even asked you where your crew was and you said it was just you and your brother. You started in the morning and said you'd probably be finished by 2:00. The dust and dirt inside and outside of my house should have had a crew of people working on it all day in order to have it properly cleaned. My husband said you finally called in other people to help later when you realized it was more than you and your brother could do by yourselves. Yes, you came back when I mentioned that some things were not clean but only swiped some walls with your wall cleaning mop and tried to clean dirt off of my bathroom floor tile but left much of the dirt behind. My husband had to order an extendable wall cleaning mop to do the rest himself because you still didn't clean all the dust off the walls. The plants looked fine before your brother cleaned the exterior but the day after, the leaves were burnt. They had to be cut down. Having had a business for 28 yrs, the right thing to do, customer service wise, is to refund the money for the cleaning of the couches that I paid for. I wasn't comfortable having you clean them after we moved back into our house, because of the issues we had with the cleaning of our house. You don't have to refund the money but it would be the right thing to do. Some flexibility is a smarter way to do business.

Matthew from ClearVue originally came out to clean our gutters, and he did a great job with that…read more While he was here, he also helped us with a jacuzzi issue we had been dealing with for ages, and he didn't charge extra for it, which we really appreciated. While cleaning the gutters, he noticed some broken tiles on our roof. He took pictures, showed us what he found, and offered to fix them. He even went out of his way to pick up the matching tiles from a tile place, then came back the next day to complete the repair. We also mentioned that our kitchen faucet had been leaking, and he was able to fix that too. It ended up being more complicated than expected because part of it was corroded and couldn't simply be unscrewed, so he had to saw it off before installing the new faucet. He handled the whole thing carefully, did the caulking, and left everything looking clean and professional. He also recommended a soft cleaning service for the house, but when I explained that we weren't able to take that on right now because of our current budget situation, he was completely understanding and didn't pressure us at all. That meant a lot. One thing I really appreciated was how clean he kept the work area. He even broomed up afterward because he said he likes to keep things clean, and it showed. Matthew was friendly, helpful, thorough, and did quality work across several different issues. We were really happy with his work and would definitely recommend him. We'll absolutely reach out to him again in the future for additional services when we're ready.
