Oscar showed up on time and gave our HOA a reasonable estimate. Our HOA wanted to give it a try and the board was very pleased with the downspouts repairs and replacement. The downspouts, stripes, and nails all came pre-painted and the outcome was esthetically pleasing with color matching very close to our stucco and the rest of the downspouts/gutters.
