We have a 14 yr old leather Lazyboy sofa and loveseat that was quite the "investment piece", however, the love seat portion has been showing some noticeable wear, and some stitching had come loose, of which I never trimmed those loose threads for fear it would unravel even more! Arsen came to my home so very quickly after my call for help. I did not have wait weeks for the repair service once I called--which was wonderful as well. He was prompt, he even kicked off his shoes at the door without even so much as a request! He assessed the loveseat, compared it to the "like new" sofa that we rarely use, then went to work after we reviewed the work requested. Prior to his visit, we had sent pictures of the wear and tear via email with he and his wife, and i was given an estimated quote. Arsen worked diligently for 5 hours! He is definitely a craftsman- he had all the tools he needed; he even actually used the loose heavy thread that had unraveled to restitch that area! the loveseat needed replacement foam in the leg area of the recliner, as well as the seat and lower back area. I have to say, this loveseat now looks new!! He left no trace of a mess afterwards, and he matched my leather color when he touched up the scuffing/scratch wear from my dogs (who come on our laps onTV/Movie nights.) After a bit of friendly phone tag, I connected with the owner, Randy. Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was asking for. I learned so much from him, however due to personal issues he wasn't able to do the work at the time. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. He promptly forwarded my name to them and I got a call back from the Fibre Clean owner right away! The work has been completed and now my old furniture looks beautiful again!
