They then just started to INTENTIONALLY ignore me, which I know because they had their read receipts on in instagram. Which was kind of TERRIFYING to me because I had a 10k dollar charge on my credit card. Luckily, I had bought the chain through third party website buya.com which allowed me to cancel the order and I got the charge removed. I think they are more interested in trying to become another goofy social media jeweler like Moses or Vookum than actually selling jewelry because he had plenty of time to post bizarre posts on social media. The store has huge variety in all sorts of jewelry ie necklaces, bangles, rings, and earrings. They have excellent inventory across all price range. There are discounts on products based on ongoing offers and promotions. We got to work with Unisha, who was patient and supportive throughout the shopping. We spent over an hour and tried several items before making our final decision. She packed the purchase for and explained all the policies and benefits in details.
