My pool had turned green because of several issues with the water. Memo came out and recommended to drain the existing water, clean all the algae and start fresh. He offered a nice discount due to my being disabled on a fixed income. He and his sons Memo jr and Maciel did a wonderful job. My pool is immaculate. During the service, Memo Jr found two areas that were leaking water. I was having to fill the pool almost every other day. It turns out the automatic water fill had roots in it, indicating a broken pipe. I was able to put a plug in that outlet. Also found a leak in the pool where the tile is, and I was able to repair it myself. The pump has been running for two days now and I havent lost a drop. Memo even said one of my fence posts was broken and would fail at any time, and told me how to do a quick fix. I can recommend Memo and sons 110%. read more

I read great reviews of this company and needed a pool service so reached out to them. I was told someone would be out last week, they never showed. I received a text, after the fact, that the technician was sick. Ok, I can deal with that, life happens. Asked to be rescheduled and was told someone would be out today. Texted to confirm someone would be coming today. No response! I think he forgets I can see my message was read so although it might be a great pool service, his customer service sucks! As a small business owner myself, I try to use local businesses whenever possible but this was a total fail and I'm very disappointed to say the least. I had an emergency with my pool and Memo's pool service was the first one to get back to me after calling around 6 other local companies. He came over the same day and took care of my problem. In addition I had him do some other work with my filtration system and he did a really good job. Hired Memo over a year ago for regular pool service. He was great initially very informative got the pool up and going. Then after a couple months told us his son would be handling our maintenance and from there the service went inconsistent. The son started skipping weeks without informing us and then would call to to collect the payment. It got to the point that I had to put a sign in card at our pump to ensure he'd been there, and two months after that he knocked on the door to let my husband know they no longer service our area. Memo is a true pleasure to work with. He is professional, informative and truly cares about the service he offers. Our previous pool guy just stopped coming to clean out pool. We had paid him for the last two months and the pool remained green. We are certain he just took the money and stopped cleaning the pool all together. Memo came by and did the first cleaning for free and the pool looked great the next day. He came back the following week and cleaned the filters, replaced the filter seals and the pressure gage too. Well, 2 weeks after our LED Pool light was installed, it started to malfunction. It had a strobe light effect. Memo's son finally replaced it after we got the run around for a while. They had a lot of trouble with the install. My husband actually had to help them. But we were not informed that the new light they installed is not an LED light! Even though it states he didn't service my area I was hopeful that he would take my job out here in my area of Patterson.
