I called several days ago, but they don't take reservations, so it's free for all when you arrive. I arrived around 8:15 and they opened at 7 am. There were about 10 people in the waiting area. When I arrived, Jessica was standing by my door, waiting to take down my information. It's the first time getting service here, so I'll document as the day goes on. It was about 2 hours before my car was completed. From arrival until they had my vehicle washed and in the service lane. Not to bad,in my opinion. I'll be back. Some friendly advice is to get online, and they do offer coupons for service, which prices them lower than the local oil change guys, and you are getting Honda parts. Which is a big help . They did do a free inspection ,adjusted tire pressure,checked cabin filter,engine air filter, and wipers. I changed those myself and knew they were good, and they did document them as being good.

I have spent most of my professional career with Mercedes-Benz, as a Sales Person, a GM, a Manager, and working in my own dealership with MBFS in Fort Worth selling repossessed Sprinters. I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER felt more attended to in a dealership than I did yesterday while getting one of my Mercedes serviced, (the CLK450).  When it comes time for me to bring my E350 Wagon in, I know where I will bring it. Amanda, the Service Advisor, made sure that I was informed and gave me excellent reasons to "Go ahead and get the work done now, rather than let it become a problem".  I came in for an inspection, and wound up spending $1500, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. Ashley, the Service Manager, was very busy yesterday, but still got involved just enough to make me feel like a VIP. The topping on it all was when Van Corbin, Sales Manager, who was slammed yesterday, came out at the end of the day and thanked me for bringing my car there for service...  Who gets that kind of treatment?? With AutoAlert, I have been in over 200 of the 350 Mercedes dealerships around the country, and ALL of them would wish that they had a committed team like you have at Pohanka Mercedes-Benz. Called and asked for Service and got transferred to 2 different departments before I got arrogant…read moreAustin who is very rude. First, he proceeded to tell me that I had not gotten the seat belt recall done which I did and they even put me in a loaner. Kept saying it was Hyundai mistake and not service. Then I ask him how long it would take for the 2 open recalls on my car and for them to check my cabin filters and he said 3 hours. I am not sitting in a lobby for 3 hours and I ask him if he had a loaner and he was very rude in telling me loaners were first come first service and that he had a list of people waiting for a loaner and that he could not bump anyone, and I said I didn't ask you to bump anyone I was just inquiring about one. Then he said we have a shuttle that you can use. His tone and words were certainly out of line, and I called Preston Hyundai and got the most wonderful lady, and I have scheduled an appointment.
