My husband surprised me with roll out drawers for all of our lower kitchen cabinets. I don't know how I ever lived without them. I have a lot of cast iron and stainless steel pots/pans, and the drawers make it so I can just roll everything out and not have to shuffle through anything heavy. I also converted one of the drawers to a roll out snack drawer for my toddler. Going to ask my husband for drawers in the pantry, that way all my canned and dry goods are easier to see. read more

Very disappointed in their product. Quality control I suppose isn't their thing. They put out drawers that aren't squared and sloppy work. $2500+ later I'm left with cheap quality and drawers that don't slide smoothly (they're shaky) and are noisy. I was very nervous to put anything heavy on the drawers and told Brent that in the text and VM I left...The bottoms are very thin! When the installer was here, I pointed out defects in the drawers and sloppy work. He goes outside and comes back a few minutes later, gives me a dried up jar of touch up putty and tells me that I "can buy this at any Home Depot. It shouldn't be hard to match, this is the color we use." Obviously, the customers are expected to go back and do the finish work? I didn't realize this when I handed over the $2500. I left Brent a VM and a text saying that I was disappointed with the product and that what he put out wasn't worth what he charged. He calls me back and states that he thought I was such a nice lady and had such a nice home and was surprised by my text and tells me not to worry, that there is a two year warranty, so if anything goes wrong, I'm covered and don't be afraid to put anything at all on the slide-outs. First off, what does my being a nice lady and my nice home have to do with the quality of his product? Second, he shouldn't be surprised by anything. You put out work that isn't top notch, charge an arm and a leg and expect people to not have problems or something to say with the work? And third, what does halfcocked work have to do with a two year warranty? Halfcocked work is halfcocked work and "it looks" halfcocked! The work should have been at least offered to be re-done. Or at the very least, offered a deep discount! And to top it all off, it takes weeks to get your product and installation. No. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Since we moved in a little over a year ago, I've wanted to re-do my kitchen pantry and cabinets with rollout drawers like I had in my prior Kitchen. I finally did it , and now I'm wondering why I waited !! It was a very easy process- they advertise in most of the LV home improvement magazines, where there is usually a coupon available. I called and made an appointment - Brent came out and measured. He turned up on time and it took him less than. 30 minutes. I paid a deposit, and in about 6 weeks, they were in. After scheduling an installation, Camden came out and installed them. He was very clean and efficient. Took less than one hour. They are just what I wanted. Although my kitchen had been remodeled by previous owner, the inside of lower cabinets required me to get down on the floor to access items in the back. I called EZ Rollout Drawers because of their Yelp reviews, and I was NOT disappointed! Brett, the owner, returned my call the same day and came out to measure my cabinets the same week. He measured the cabinets, gave us multiple options, and did not do a big oversell - simply listen to my needs and made it happen. He was honest regarding the lengthy timeline (3 months) to get the drawers, but happily my drawers were ready in about 2 1/2 months. The installer, Cayden, kept me apprised of his arrival on the day of installation, and had the rollout drawers installed within 90 minutes (10 drawers!). They are beautiful, match the interior of my cabinets, sturdy and super functional. I haven't had to bend over to reach items in the back, and feel my kitchen is more organized and functional. I would HIGHLY recommend EZ Rollout Drawers if you are considering installing pullouts. read more

I had my roll out drawers installed a few months ago. They appeared to be fine. However, when my daughter came to visit she noticed that one of the drawers had a big gouge in the middle of it and appears as if someone tried to hide the gouge with some sort of wood filler; I didn't see it as my eyesight isn't that great. Then she and I checked the rest of them and every single one of them had a gouge and had been covered up. Not happy at all. I realize I didn't pay a huge amount, but any job should be done to perfection. And certainly not gouges in the wood. If I'd seen it beforehand, they would have been taken out and redone or money returned. Again, not happy! read more

What a quality product! We ordered 12 of these about a month ago and they were installed today. What a huge difference they make, especially in our pantry. No more digging in searching for something. Now, we simply pull the drawer out and retrieve what we need and slide it back in. The drawers are extremely well made and the installation took less than an hour. The cabinet were fine. No problem. My husband let in the installer and was downstairs with him. I came down after the installation to pay. To my surprise and irritation, the installer was not wearing a mask! We are seniors and very careful about going out. To be polite, I didn't say anything. But when he left, I was actually angry . I have had my new dishwasher, stovetop and sink installed in the last few months and each of the installers wore masks. I thought it was SOP. read more

Do not expect any type of quick service from this business. After making the decision to purchase and putting my required half down as a deposit, that is when they tell you that it will be 4 months down the road that things will get installed. I had reached out to get an update from Brent and he basically said " I told you that it takes forever. Supply chain issues, Covid wait times." in a angry voice. They finally set up a install time and then tried to make me change to install time because they had "wood delivery at that time". NOOO we set up the appointment-you keep the appointment. I had my rollout drawers installed about a year ago. That experience was totally excellent. Just yesterday we noticed a drawer needed some additional support. I called Brent and he came out today and added support to all the drawers just in case. A pleasure to deal with a company that is so responsive and absolutely stands by their quality product.
