They went to the home depot to purchase plumbing supplies they did not have for the job. The tub was improperly installed - it rocked when I stepped in. Ultimately, I lost faith in them after they failed the leak test, water dripping from the upstairs tub to the kitchen downstairs. The business owner refused to negotiate any type of refund for the incomplete job. I wouldn't trust them to replace a washer, never-mind anything more complicated.
