Mind you they picked up my car at 4:30AM. Once I called to check on the status of my tow around 8:30, they were waiting on confirmation from my insurance company (trying to get extra money for 'keeping my car'). They then said they couldn't release my car until we paid the fees and were adamant on that. HORRIBLE people and scammers. I had to call my insurance to get this resolved because they were refusing to let go of my car. I bet this isn't the first time they've done this to people. They knew they were wrong since they released the car per my insurance's orders & 'waived' the fees when there should've never been any extra fees to begin with. The owner will most likely make something up which seems he's been doing so with every other negative review, but I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a tow company. Every time I spoke with them, it was a different person which was frustrating. At the end of the day, you're a tow company & youre supposed to do your job. Hopefully USAA doesn't work with you guys anymore.

Horrible customer service from the Owners son. A Performance Shop brought my G80 M3 to get MT Tires…read moreinstalled here and they later sent me pictures that my Wheel has been scratched. This scratch was not on any area that could have been scratched by me or the performance shop. The scratch is in the Wheel well, the only logical explanation is it was scratched upon removing and installing the new tires. When I reached out to the son of the owner, so they can explain what had happened or if they can get it repaired. He immediately became defensive saying he's not fixing shit and it wasn't him. I take great care of my car, and I most definitely know this was him doing a careless job, when handling my wheel. The scratch isn't anything major, but it's the principle of running a business and being able to accept when you fuck up & offering to make it right especially after being a repeat customer for years. At most it would've been a $200 repair if that, but instead he rather shit talk and cuss at a loyal customer who's brought multiple cars to him in the past. If you're considering bringing your car here, think twice about it. If they damage your car, they'll deny they did it and pretty much tell you to fuck off. After that, they quoted me $250 for a one-battery setup and $350 for two batteries. The pricing was extremely unreasonable. At that point, you might as well buy a new battery yourself. I would not recommend their service. This place up charges through the roof. I called another place I ended up calling another company, High Voltage Auto Batteries, and they only charged me $125 for the same service. I would not recommend Green Towing, especially in an emergency situation. Their pricing felt like they were taking advantage of people who are already stuck and stressed.
