My vehicle was towed to this company's storage yard, and trying to get in touch with anyone has been incredibly frustrating. I called throughout the day and left four messages for both the dispatcher and the manager, but no one returned my calls. After spending the entire day trying to reach someone, I was finally told they were closed and that I would have to try again tomorrow. When a company has possession of someone's vehicle, customers should at least be able to reach someone or receive a return call. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable, and I hope they improve their responsiveness so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

This company accepts more jobs than they can handle. As a AAA contractor - very disappointing. Had a situation that was not a dire emergency, though I did require assistance. These guys could not come for two hours and then right around the time they were supposed to show - delayed for another two hours. It was late night, but I needed assistance for my early morning. I was forced to cancel - figure out a plan B and then call back to get assistance again. Thank goodness this was not a true emergency in the sense that I was in a safe place, I could technically wait, but really disappointing. read more

What you're saying is absolutely not true. I was left stranded and suffering for over six and a half hours in extreme heat with no water and no access to a bathroom. I have call records showing I contacted your store and tow company multiple times, and every time I got a different answer. The way I was treated was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely inhumane. I will be filing a formal complaint with AAA because no company that treats people this way deserves to hold that contract. read more

Sebo Towing was great. Yonathan (I think I have his name right) came well before the expected time and had me back on the road shortly after, putting on my spare tire and informing me about the condition of the lugnuts (they'd been overtorqued, which presented a challenge). I would never use Sebo Towing. The lady that was helping me was over 3+ hours late to the call and was rude when she arrived. I was given the ETA of 45 minutes initially. When calling me back, she said that she couldn't help me after 3+ hours and almost didn't come all together asking me to cancel my tow. This was because she didn't carry an air pump for pump up my tire. When she showed up, She blamed me for not carrying an air pump on her car, which She forgot it for the day at her junk yard. I would only use this company if I wanted a tow truck company that is late(as in not on time for 3-4 hours) and that treated customers as super rude. I think the technician's name Katie was having a bad day, but based on the other reviews, it sounds like bad days might be a normal occurrence for Katie.... read more

Horrible customer service the timeline that they tell you they will arrive is not accurate at all they will tell you 10 minutes they're actually 60 minutes behind when you call their main office they're extremely rude be careful and do not use this tow if you need help. read more

Wicked witch of the west! Stay away from this place. Obnoxious, mean, cold and one of the worst experiences of my life. I'm not a good writer so this won't do it justice. Call me with any questions. Sebo towing booked a tow with me the day before the tow. all arrangements were made. it was a $600.00 tow, and extremely important to me. she cancelled it at the last second, ruining an important car deal I had made. My wrecked car required a flat bed. 24 minutes before the tow sebo towing abruptly called me an cancelled the tow. the woman was RUDE COLD and went against everything her booker the previous day agreed upon. She was obviously upset that I had negotiated the price from $13 per mile to $10. She was like speaking like a mean AI robot. aggressive demeaning. this killed a very important deal I had. I literally was pleading with her, and since this was set up by AAA I conferenced in AAA. They told her they 100% approved the tow. She told them that she still would not do the tow, because, of payment information, despite that I was willing to pay any way she wanted, so. this was bogus. . AAA finally said that (we me they) can't "make Sebo do the tow. terrible human being. Terrible company. Ruined my day. I already reviewed this company, after my experience with Matthew, but today Luis just went ABOVE and beyond. Who does HR here, because you all need raises! Luis was knowledgable and got straight to work. My car died on a down ramp, literally, my starter went out as I was driving down. So to not crash into the poles immediately below them, I turned my tires at an angle. Well, we got stuck. We couldn't push the car up as it was waaaay too heavy. We had called another tow company but they said they couldn't help. Luis did his very best to get us out of this bad late night situation and him doing all he could was more than I could say for any other company. read more

Tonight, we called Sebo Towing to have our car towed. It was a difficult tow because the car had been in a bad accident that crushed the front end so the wheels didn't turn well at all. Our driver, James pulled up in a flatbed truck. From the minute he jumped out of the cab, you could tell he's a true professional who takes pride in doing his work well and leaving his customers satisfied. If I could give him 10 stars for the quality of customer service and care he displayed, I would. We were all so impressed with him, we got 5 business cards to keep on hand for future tows and referrals. Called AAA services on 11/27 to tow my car. Was contacted by SEBO towing and they dispatched the driver, that took over 2 hours, even though they said the driver is 20 minutes away. Lied to me for over 2 hours stating that driver is trying to call me but I don't answer. Driver finally got there and tried to ride my car onto his tow truck and damaged my tire by riding it over a strap and scraping the hubcap as well as rim. I have live video and photographs of the incident. After I yelled at driver to stop he came out and stated that "someone left a strap on the tow truck bed, he usually removes everything so it's clear to drive on to." He took pictures of the damage as well, gave me his company card and stated they will pay for the damages. Since then, I wasn't able to reach him or the owner of the company, every time I call the dispatcher picks up and transfers my call to a voicemail box, where I have left several messages with no result. Already filed with AA to have this vendor removed from their tows. I am going after them to get reimbursed for the tire on the 3 week old car. Be aware! read more

Be careful not to use this company if you are ever in an accident or in need of towing. They charged my AAA for the towing and on top of that I was charged $500 for 2 hours of storage. This morning we had a major problem with our 1972 Mercedes. The tailpipe had come loose and was close to touching the pavement. I was afraid to drive it for fear of damaging it and the muffler. I called AAA and Scott arrived in good time. He was able to tie up the tailpipe so that he didn't have to tow us. He then followed us home, roughly five miles, to make sure everything would be okay.
