Omg I don't usually give reviews but I had to this time because EZ towing literally saved my life. I was stranded at 12:00 am got off the phone at 12:15 and by 12:50am my car was being towed. I used roadside assistance through my chase app since it is a benefit I have on one of my cards and that is the way I was connected to EZ towing. The entire process was extremely simple, they gave accurate ETA ( which I was actually worried about after reading all the negative reviews.) I'm extremely glad I didn't cave in to the negative reviews because the service was exceptional. The young Latino man who arrived was very professional and nice even though I was a little frustrated. Fred was there to jump my car so I could drive it to an auto shop to get a new battery but instead he offered to have a mechanic bring a battery to me and replace it where my car was!
