He handled all the information I needed with both dealerships, in terms of pick up and drop off etc. He was absolutely 100% professional, and put me at ease regarding the handling of my vehicle. I felt embarrassed, asking him if he transports high-end vehicles!? Lol. My car is a dime a dozen in a bucket compared to some of the other exotics that he handles daily. I called Roadside 4 All, and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced my alternator, and had me back on the road within about an hour. Because of his quick service, I was able to finish my work and make the drive home safely. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was mobile roadside service. He was also friendly, professional, and detailed, taking the time to explain what he was doing. He helped us get a great deal on four new RV batteries, removed the old ones, drove to pick up the new batteries, reinstalled everything, and then walked us through troubleshooting until the RV finally started. We were required to obtain a release form from the Sheriff's Department, which cost $495. Once the release was obtained, I paid an additional $235 at the towing facility to retrieve my truck, as it had been stored overnight. My main concern was the limited weekend hours, which are only from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In my opinion, these hours are quite restrictive, especially for customers who need to retrieve their vehicles over the weekend. Additionally, the facility appeared to be short-staffed during our visit. We waited over 40 minutes for someone to open the gate so we could retrieve the truck. While I understand staffing issues can happen, the wait was frustrating and added unnecessary time to an already stressful process. Overall, the staff member I spoke with was helpful and courteous, but the limited weekend hours and lengthy wait time could be improved to provide a better customer experience.
