Booking and communicating with the staff was pleasant and easy to do. The trolley ride the day of the wedding went smoothly until the end. In the contract, it explicitly states that an automatic gratuity will be added to the card on file if a cash gratuity is not received. After paying just shy of $1,000 for a 1 hour 45 minute ride, we tipped the driver $60 cash. Note that this would be a $34/hr tip. She then proceeded to ask me (the groom) if I wanted to add gratuity to the card on file, to which I replied that we tipped cash. Her reply was a look of disgust and said "that's it? This is all I get? The tip is my only payment". I think it incredibly disrespectful to complain about a tip. In general tipping culture has gotten far out of hand, but I can't fault the driver for that. What I do fault the driver for is for being rude and expressing her disdain for the tip which was received. It is furthermore particularly rude to hold up the groom on his wedding day to demand a greater tip. As if this wasn't bad enough, sure enough we received a credit card charge for an additional $124 gratuity. After calling the company to inquire & discuss this, we were told that the driver is in fact paid a certain rate and does not solely earn money from tips. Go figure. I don't necessarily have qualms with the company itself, though I would say that they should have reversed the unauthorized charge for gratuity that the driver added herself. I would definitely say that you may get a driver who is rude, ungrateful of a tip, and will charge your card extra without authorization. Not to mention lying about her pay structure (unprovoked) in an attempt to get even more of a tip. Overall very disappointed with the interaction we had during the trolley ride to the wedding reception and would recommend avoiding this company at risk of being overcharged and being assigned this same driver. read more

This service is terrible! I hired them to pick myself and my siblings from our mother's funeral and take us out to the cemetery. When I gave them the pick up time. The funeral started at 11 so I told them I was just guessing but to be there at 11:50 and hopefully we would be out by 12 or 12:15. The funeral ran over and they company was texting and calling me during the service asking me to contact the driver because we were late. I gave the driver a good tip at the cemetery because we were late. Then I received a text a couple of days later saying we had additional charges. I called and the person I spoke to said they were charging us an additional $270! I was very upset and the person from Aadvanced was extremely rude. He actually hung up on me after telling me he didn't care if I gave them a bad review. I will not use them again and cannot recommend them to others. read more

This past Saturday I reserved two limos through this company to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. The first limo was an 8 passenger stretch Lincoln that I reserved for a one-way transport to the restaurant downtown. Our chauffeur's name was Ron, also goes by cheif, and was super polite, friendly and got us to our destination in perfect time! The limo was very clean and smelled clean too. After dinner we were picked up at the restaurant in the amazing 20 passenger stretch H2 Hummer!! Talk about glamorous and fabulous!! Absolutely beautiful on the inside with floor and ceiling lights that changed color. The seating was comfy and luxurious. And there was a mini fireplace in the corner. You will feel like absolute royalty riding in this one. There was only 10 of us, even though it could seat up to 20, but this way we had room to move about and talk with everyone. What I really loved is that I was able to drop off drinks and alcohol the day before and they will put them on ice for you and it will all be ready when they pick you up. They also put two coolers in the back of the hummer and had all our beverages iced down. The back window rolled down so it was easy access to get to. Our driver for our 5 hour adventure that night was Kurt. He was great!! He was friendly and polite and anyone that can put up with us for 5 hours that night is a keeper!! Overall I was very impressed with both limos and the drivers and the cleanliness of both of them. I'm including pics! They only thing is that they don't list their prices on the internet, but if you take the time to get quotes you will find they are the most affordable. I checked with almost every limo company around and they were easily $50-$100 cheaper per hour on their rates. And they also let me use the Discover Indy coupon for a discount off or the one way transport, instead of getting a free 1/2 hour on the stretch hummer! Great customer service all around!! read more

We had to fly into Indianapolis for business and not knowing the area we found AAdvanced. Their rate was excellent and we chose them to take us to and from our hotel. The chauffeur texted us upon arrival and was waiting with a sign at our arrival. He offered to help with our luggage and made us feel like VIPs. Less than 20 minutes later we were at our hotel. This was so much easier than renting a car and navigating a city which we had never visited- not to mention stress free. 2 short days later our ride back to the airport was just as nice. Aadvanced Limousines ruined my wedding day. I am absolutely disgusted with this company's business practices and would not recommend this vendor to even my worst enemy. Just two hours before the 32 passenger bus was supposed to arrive and take our wedding party around Indy to different photo locations, they called and cancelled our service because they said the bus wasn't working. They were completely unapologetic and simply told us we could get an 80 percent refund and use the 6 passenger SUV that was available (still leaving us to scramble to find 3 other cars that could transport everyone else). When we insisted on a full refund, they said they would only give us a full refund if we didn't use the SUV. We let them know that was unacceptable and that we should receive a full refund as well as use of the SUV as a courtesy for cancelling our reservation less than 2 hours before it was scheduled to begin. They then proceeded to try haggling with us and offered to do an 85 percent refund. Mind you, this is all going on while I'm trying to finish my hair and makeup, so I don't have the time or energy to be going back and forth with them over price. We told them we wouldn't be paying them a dime and so the SUV sat in their lot the whole afternoon, unused, while we scrambled to make new plans. Aadvanced Limousines was unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to try to make things right for cancelling our service on the day of our wedding, causing us to spend a half hour making calls to find alternative transportation and ruining the entire photo schedule. ZERO STARS!! Update: it appears the owner, Linda, has failed to actually read my review. My complaint is that they refused to make things right by providing the SUV free of charge and instead tried to nickel and dime us on our wedding. Linda, your failure to even read my review before responding tells everyone what they need to know about your sham of a business. read more

My friends and I have used this company twice for Bachelorette party transportation and will keep coming back! Scheduling a night out with them is such a simple and professional experience. The drivers are outstanding. We have had three of them and all were great! They are always trying to help make your evening the best that they can. Our drivers were always willing to take photos for us, drive us around wherever we may choose to go, etc. The limo's are very nice (we usually go with the stretch Hummers) and the pricing is VERY reasonable. Let me just tell you about my experience with Aadvanced Limousines. This is not something you want to spend your time and money in renting. We had booked the white hummer stretch limo and paid over $600 to be transferred from our Wedding Ceremony to Downtown Indianapolis with three stops on the way to take pictures (a total of 2 hours). The Limousine's air conditioner was barely running- and when it did, it blew out less than cool air. It actually felt better to be outside on a 85 degree day in humid Indianapolis than the limo felt. This was just the first MAJOR problem. Going from our first stop to our second stop for pictures, THE LIMO BROKE DOWN IN THE STREET and the doors were locked so no one could get out! My brother had to climb through the window to let the driver know what was going on and that we needed to get out as there was no air circulation at this time! We ended up not stopping at our third destination and got less pictures that we wanted because of it. Fast forward to today, after contacting them about our issues- it took them over 2 weeks to respond with the manager about what had happened. The manager failed to call me back after talking and had one of her employees call back to off me a $200 credit off a future rental or $120 off what we had previously paid for. As we asked for a FULL REFUND, and this was as good as they could do, to say we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. You do not expect the transportation to be the worst part of your wedding day. read more

Had such a great experience! Kevin, our driver took us to Holiday World from Indy and it was a blast. We brought champagne with us because WHY NOT? And the cork broke off in the bottle, then we broke our cork screw, Kevin our driver overheard this, called ahead to the closest liquor store on our drive and had them get a cork screw ready for us to pick up. The GREAT news is that when visiting Indiana and being charged with escorting a group of teens attending a live show at an under-21 club, I found this company. My goddaughter begged me to take them to the Real Friends concert at the Irving Theater and after getting her mother's permission, my only concern was driving a fair distance through unfamiliar dark country roads with a car full of kids. I cannot say enough about this terrific company. I paid for two rides - to and the return four hours later - very fair rate for a limo that seated ten. I was offered a free upgrade a few hours after I booked! The car was twenty minutes early and told us to take our time getting ready. Our driver Bill put up with loud head banging music as we rode and even pulled the car over to help the girls connect their iPods via bluetooth so he could "enjoy" even more loud music. Here's the best part. The show ended an hour earlier than I estimated. I expected to have to wait in an unfamiliar neighborhood for our ride, but as the doors opened and the kids poured into the street, Bill was already there. "Oh, I had a feeling since it was a teenage club that it might end earlier, so I headed back to wait." It was a mini dream come true when in charge of other people's kids - what a relief. Was very disappointed with the service Aadvanced Limousines provided for us. Our driver, Joe, took us to the wrong destination which added another 30 minutes of driving to the right place. He couldn't figure out the Bluetooth in the limo either so we weren't able to use that. At the end of the night, we waited about 30 minutes outside for him to come pick us up because he went to the wrong place again.. Overall the limo was really nice and clean but for the price I paid and the 20% included tip I expected to have better service. read more

We were on what should have been a 3.5 hr drive, but because of a terrible snow storm, it turned out to be more like 5 hrs of white-knuckle driving with limited visibility and slippery roads. I hired Aadvanced Limousines for my wedding and my wife had instructed the folks on the phone exactly where they need to be dropped off 2 days before the wedding. However, the driver dropped my family off few blocks past the venue and my poor family members had to walk back in the cold wind. When we called Aadvanced Limousines back to have the driver pick them up immediately and drop them off at the exact location, the person on the phone (Christy) said that he has to go and pick up people for another wedding. She was not apologetic and helpful. "So they were dropped off 2 blocks away! I apologize for the mess but what do you want me to do? The driver has to go to pick other customers up" . We had photographers waiting in front of the venue to take pics of my family getting off the limousine and all those memorable pics were lost :-( I did not care to follow up with them till Monday and they completely ignored my calls till I asked my credit card to put a stop payment on half the amount, and left Aadanced Limousines (Christy) a voicemail telling her that I have put a stop payment. I got a call back within one hour and they promised that they will get back to me asap with some sort of compensation for my troubles (I was expecting them to give me a big discount for this mess). I called up my credit card company and asked them to release the hold (was being fair to them). Again I did not get a call back from Aadvanced Limousines that day or the next. I had to call them again and this time I called Christy who apologized for the mess and claimed she knew Indianapolis inside out and according to the driver everything was done well. She completely ignored to see our point of view or understand our situation. I almost put a full hold on the amount but decided to let it go (since this is a happy moment in my life) and just make sure I warn the other folks about their poor quality of customer service. What makes a company in the service industry successful is their ability to deal with the accolades and criticism with the same level of interest (more for criticism) and not ignore critical calls. I am surely not going to use their service anymore, there are much better limousine companies out there and I would advise you to go to them instead. I paid a lot of money for their service and did not expect it to be so poor. I never mind paying good money for good service. All our vendors were awesome to me and my wife except this one. I hope this review is helpful for you, especially for those who are planning to hire them for their wedding. We are still sad about the lost opportunity for pictures and wish we had used someone else. read more

I've used Aadvanced several times for airport transportation with awesome service -- this past weekend was a full day "just for fun" trip and definitely worth a review. We set a reservation to do a wine-tasting tour of some local Indiana wineries. When we made the reservation, we explained we didn't really have a preference on which wineries, so they scheduled a driver who is familiar and assured us that she (Beth) would help us find the right combination of wineries to visit. And she did exactly that! She was professional, made several suggestions based on what different wineries could offer in the way of wines, scenic property, or entertainment, and she was a perfect hostess for the trip. Every part of the process was easy and stress-free (making the reservation, a confirmation call 2 days before, pick-up, full 8-hour day tour, and drop-off), and and we were able to enjoy a truly fabulous day. They showed up on my wedding day, a hot day in May, with a limo without A/C! Either the driver was lied to or he lied to us and first he told us that the car needed to warm up first to get cold, and then that the A/C was broken in this car and that all the good cars were sent down to Louisville for the Derby that weekend. We called the business owner and he blamed the driver saying he didn't know how to operate the car A/C system. I don't care what happened but that they did not deliver and 10 people had to suffer in a 90 degree vehicle where only two rear windows rolled down halfway, and windblown isn't really the look you are going for on a special day. They tried to give me a gift certificate for our ordeal - are they kidding?! - never again will I use this company! read more

I had the pleasure of having Janell as my chauffeur once again. Janell pick me up from the Airport and drove me to Kokomo, IN. She was waiting for me when I arrived and she was the only chauffeur out of several chauffeurs that had a big beautiful smile on her face and my name nicely printed on an IPad and not hand printed on a piece of paper with a marker. It was real late at night and my flight was over an hour and half delayed I was really upset but seeing Janell down below waving at me made my frustration easily go away. Every time I have had Janell as my chauffeur she has always been on time, very professional, personable, great conversationist, cautious driver, and has such a beautiful smile. When Janell picked me up in November she still remember the conversation we had driving to Indianapolis from Kokomo (Good Memory) in regards to my daughter and the stress she had been going through and other issues.
