I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. He drove 20 yards, pulled over and began typing on his phone. He handed me the phone but it looked like Spanish. He called over a young man who translated my driver had cancelled the ride. Lyft continued sending drivers to a nonexistent location and when I'd try to explain to drivers it always ended up in a argument and their driver's were nothing but rude from the start. That's why I switched to zTrip and I'll stay with zTrip.
