They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.

I called Shane last week and he text me asking for pictures. I sent him all the pictures. He text back to me that he would check on it. I asked when he would be able to come and he never responded. I text him again over the weekend to ask again and sent the picture of the hardware that snapped away from the gutter and eaves. I sent the pictures to him of the snapped cheap hardware he utilized in our install. He finally text me back this evening on 1/30/2022 that he utilizes the top of the line hardware. He said we must have hard winds. He let me know in a text that he would get to us when he's in our area. The pictures speak for themselves and his lack of customer service is disappointing. A call from him would have been helpful. He just left us hanging. He should have set a date and time to come to our home to fix this. I text him back not to bother. We will have to find another gutter company that provides quality customer service.

They were scheduled out a few weeks and explained this during the quote process to set expectations. Follow up between contract and service was quick and easy via email and straight to the point. Day of work was quick and easy. The crew was very friendly and explained the process time frame and when questions about how I wanted specific items to look they quickly asked. I was very happy with the overall process and experience from start to end! Real test is on the next rain we get but with a very long warrantee don't expect issues.
