I wanted to follow up about the gutters that were installed on my home several years ago by Shane's Seamless Gutters. The large gutter in the back of the house is pulling away from the home. I called Shane last week and he text me asking for pictures. I sent him all the pictures. He text back to me that he would check on it. I asked when he would be able to come and he never responded. I text him again over the weekend to ask again and sent the picture of the hardware that snapped away from the gutter and eaves. I sent the pictures to him of the snapped cheap hardware he utilized in our install. He finally text me back this evening on 1/30/2022 that he utilizes the top of the line hardware. He said we must have hard winds. He let me know in a text that he would get to us when he's in our area. The pictures speak for themselves and his lack of customer service is disappointing. A call from him would have been helpful. He just left us hanging. He should have set a date and time to come to our home to fix this. I text him back not to bother. We will have to find another gutter company that provides quality customer service. read more

I'm glad that I waited a couple of years to post a review of this business. Shortly after having gutters installed one section began to sag and overflow. I contacted Shane and waited for a couple of months for a response. After an extended period of time, he contacted me and said that he would look at the section. I was not home at his scheduled time, but he later said that it had been fixed. It was not. Still sagged, still overflowed. Last week's windstorm detached a large section of gutter from the house. I had a contractor look at it and he showed me why it had detached. The screws used to attach the gutters to the fascia were only long enough to penetrate the board by 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. This is beyond shoddy workmanship and while the initial job looked OK I now will need to have the rest of the gutters reattached with the correct hardware. Beware of this business. read more

Response time was terrible over a week the first time which was a text message asking for my contact info which was provided on the request form. a week later asked for my contact info again via email. a week after that told me he would need to refer me to someone else without ever speaking to me. Had a problem a few years after install with a portion of the gutter falling down. Shane and his team immediately came and checked it out. Apparently there was a problem with an installer from around that time period (basically not installing enough brackets). Since we provided our address in Laveen, he let us know up front that based on how far away we were from him, it would be more cost effective to go with someone else. While this might annoy some, I'd rather have someone be upfront and honest rather than come out and quote really high - which would be a waste of time for everyone.
