Once he came to the backyard he let us know his scrubber/machine had been stolen and he couldn't not use it to clean our surfaces so instead it was done with just the pressure washer hose which helped a bit but still left a lot of debris/marks on the driveway and pavers. Debris or items were knocked over, not stood back up or handled with much care. Also under the lip of the pool you did not see the ring unless your in the pool Why did you tell me you would come back out to correct the issue, and now you tell me you won't?? Customer service should be a priority for your business. We paid $500 to have the calcium removed and then you're now telling me after 2 1/2 weeks this is typical for it to come back????
