My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. Stay away from this outfit.

I'm a AZ part timer and in 2020 I made two appointments with Roger and he cancelled and showed for neither, I decided to give him another chance in 2021, Roger cancelled the first appointment as he said "he was not feeling well" I understand as that happens. I asked him to provide a new date with was today March 4th, once again no call, no text, no show. Roger states on his website "I am committed to pay attention to quality and detail, and motivated to provide customer satisfaction. Overall I would love to be your window cleaner for years to come" I would have loved the same thing, wish I could trust him.

They washed the windows but that's all they did. No screens, no patios, no house. We paid them for the windows and screens (which we thought had been cleaned), assuming they would return to finish the job. They finally came back a week later and started to wash the patios, but in the middle of the job they informed us that we would have to pay for ANOTHER window cleaning since the patio washing was hitting the windows. We had them stop, and I contacted the company. They said they would call us back. They did not call, so we called them again two days later. They said they would call us back. They did not. We tried calling a third time again to no avail. Nothing. We want to work something out, but they do not return our calls (after promising twice they would). There are lots of options. This time we bought roll out sunscreens for our patio. First we shopped some of those companies you see advertised on TV or those flyers you get in the mailbox. After getting quotes for 5 to 10k for just 3 sunscreens I asked my friend who had also used Armadillo for sunscreens how much he paid for his. I should be clear that the 10k number was for automatic power roll up shades. The 5k was for manual shades. They also said that it would be 50% down and 6 to 8 weeks for installation. So we called Mark and he came out 2 days later exactly when he said he would. The quote, 4 shades less than 2k. Delivered and installed one week later. I absolutely recommend Mark and wouldn't think twice about the quality of his product or his service
