My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. I like Roger, priced fair, personable and has done a good job when he shows up. Showing up is the issue, for as my father said "90% of any job is showing up". I'm a AZ part timer and in 2020 I made two appointments with Roger and he cancelled and showed for neither, I decided to give him another chance in 2021, Roger cancelled the first appointment as he said "he was not feeling well" I understand as that happens. I asked him to provide a new date with was today March 4th, once again no call, no text, no show. Roger states on his website "I am committed to pay attention to quality and detail, and motivated to provide customer satisfaction. Overall I would love to be your window cleaner for years to come" I would have loved the same thing, wish I could trust him. read more

Had them out the first time in the spring and they did a good job, but didn't show up on time and called to ask if they could come later in the day. No biggie, the job was done well and I was pleased. Called again a couple of weeks ago and scheduled them to come out today at 9:30. I called them when at 9:50 no one had arrived. Had to leave a message, but Roger did call back and asked if they could come later. We agreed on 2:45. Well now it's 4:00 and still no Roger. I've called and left 2 more messages but radio silence. do not waste your time with this company. i hired them to clean my apartment windows and even got 4 other neighbors to join in to ake it worth their time. this company never called other neighbors to give them a quote. then as we waited all day for them to come at 2pm...they never called or showed up at all. not even a response or a sorry! this company does not even deserve one star. dont be a fool like i was. just keep moving and hire someone else. the five star reviews here most likely were posted by themselves. warning warning!!! stay clear of this business.!!! if they do even show up ..... they will rip you off!!!!!!!! warning warning!!! Left screens unattached, sills and tracks dirty, windows with streaks and screens on backwards. Called owner to resolve issue. He agreed to return and redo the windows and repair screens. Roger and his son were out to our house on 4/12/2018 to clean the inside and outside windows. After they left we noticed the majority of our windows had deep scratches on the inside tint. I called Roger to inform him of the issue. After asking that he come take a look at the damage, Roger got indignant and promptly hung up the phone. After I called Roger back, he informed me "I'm a fly by night window cleaner, what do you want from me", and hung up again. I called back once again, and Roger said, "sue me I have seventy four dollars in the bank," and guess what he did next, hung up the phone. My windows look new again, inside and out. The price was very reasonable. If you've been putting off cleaning your own windows, dreading wrestling with a garden hose, bucket, and towels, hire these guys instead. They even had a little tool to vacuum out the window tracks. I've added them to my contacts list to call after every dust storm. A family member hired them, too, after she saw my windows. They deftly scrubbed a decade worth of grime off her 2nd story condo.
