At the original battery replacement last fall, my watch face was cracked; Jewelfire replaced it at no charge, but I got the response "it probably wasn't us but we will replace it." Little to my knowledge, she was undergoing an intentional blotch within their system. When processing my transaction details, she (Older Female Store Clerk) put spaces within the credentials(which is not the proper/valid format) so that it would have an automatic block within my background check and final pickup destination. This was my very first time coming here as a shopper and I will not be back. I only wanted my item that I purchased, I did want not a refund. I purchased both on separate dates for a total of $630 and sent the 1805 first to PCGS for certification. PCGS confirmed the 1805 was a counterfeit, a local accredited coin shop who I sent the first through to PCGS then confirmed the 1846 was also counterfeit. I brought back and requested a refund, business refused. Employee refused to then give any contact information for the owner when requested. I have reported this business to the BBB, FTC, and Local Secret Service field office for selling counterfeit collectible US currency.

To our absolute delight, not only are the Schlener brothers welcoming and non-discriminatory, they were perhaps the easiest commission I have ever made for any item, and that's saying something! The Schlener brothers were very friendly and welcoming, and easy to talk to despite how intimidating it can be to be surrounded by such fine jewelry (and worry about salespeople more interest in upselling than good customer service). After reviewing some designs online, we went in with a rather vague idea for a set of matched wedding rings. We knew we wanted a chevron, wanted to keep the price reasonable, and wanted to do a combination of white and rose gold. We were able to create a custom design in less than an hour, review a digital mock up, then a 3D printed cast. I believe our rings were ready within 4-5 weeks, from start to end, and they came out BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot stop telling my wife how perfect they are, and how much I love them (luckily she feels the same haha). We are huge fans and recommend Schlener Jewelry as strongly as we possibly can.
