I am already in the process of having this issue handled with their HR DEPARTMENT, so I wont be long winded. Although, I must give feedback on my experience here. I made a purchase for an item on a Wednesday with my background check included within the purchase. I was informed to arrive back to this store location 3 days later to retrieve my purchased items. All throughout the transactio, the older female store clerk proceeded her wrongful transaction in jokes and smiles. Little to my knowledge, she was undergoing an intentional blotch within their system. When processing my transaction details, she (Older Female Store Clerk) put spaces within the credentials(which is not the proper/valid format) so that it would have an automatic block within my background check and final pickup destination. This was my very first time coming here as a shopper and I will not be back. I only wanted my item that I purchased, I did want not a refund. I would request that the Older Female Store Clerk who sold me my item improperly be suspended pending investigation. Thank you! If you arrive here, do yourself a favor and make a very calm departure. Why been planning there for years now recently I had pond a really beautiful ring that my husband had bought me and when I went to go get it out and receive it it was snapped in half and bent, and when I said something to them the next day, cause my husband gave it to me was still at work. They told me that there was nothing they could do that. The man should've told me to check it when he didn't and that it wasn't their responsibility, but they're the ones who broke it they're the ones who had it and you can tell somebody tried it on and they didn't fit and that's why they had to snap it read more

I went to EZ Pawn 92nd and Federal . I was told by one person a price for what I was pawning. Then he stepped away to go to a meeting . The guy that came up to take his place took about 5 minutes longer to input stuff. When he was done he offered us way more or less than what the other gentleman that was a manager gave us. I would not recommend taking anything to EZ Pawn . They tell you give me your price will match it . That is not true at all . The sad thing is the items I had pawned there I had gotten out several times . And each time you get something out you pay more . So you're actually losing money . So why does it hurt them to offer you more because they get more back when you pick it up . This place sucks it is a rip off I would never ever ever on there again . read more

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews! I have been here several times. Ive bough key cutting machines for my business and recently sent my husband over there to buy 2 commercial carpet cleaning machines. I've bought speakers there, and phones in the past. I've never had a bad experience. I went in again the other day looking for more locksmith equipment for my business and stayed to try on some rings. Was helped at first by an older gentleman who needed to help customers at the gun counter. He made sure that I got all the help I needed before leaving and left me in the care of a sweet younger male employee who continued to help be with trying on jewelry. I plan on going back to check out their rings again when I have more time with my husband. At times they get busy and don't have enough staff to help the second you walk in but when they get to you they always spend time answering all your questions and showing you everything you want. They will even sit with you and fidget with the merchandise with you to figure out what will be the Best Buy for you. I will always come here and recommend it to my friends and employees. read more

This is the worst pawn shop I've ever been to. I came in one day to buy some wedding rings for me and my husband. I went to the counter and there was an older man behind the counter who wasn't helping any customers and was talking to a female employee. He told me to wait and he continued talking to the female employee. They weren't talking about work either, they were gossiping. I was completely ignored by all employees for quite awhile so I left. I will NEVER go to this pawn shop again bc obviously customers aren't as important to them as gossiping with each other. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. read more

have been coming in here for 20 years as the need arises and haven't had a problem until this week. I found myself a bit behind on bills and needed a loan, so I hopped on the motorcycle I pawn there when I need quick cash and had my friend follow me with my Jeep a few minutes later. When I got to the store, I realized I didn't have a mask on me (I keep them in my Jeep because that is what I normally drive), so I stepped in the store and maintained at least 25 feet from the counter when some crazy lady (who identified herself as a manager but certainly didn't act like one) starting screaming at me that I didn't have a mask on. I tried to explain that I am not against masks and am not refusing to wear one, I just don't have one ON ME AT THE MOMENT and would be happy to put one on if they had one to offer me. She continued to berate me, going so far as to blatantly call me a liar and demanded I leave the store. I did as she asked and a reasonable representative at the store came out to handle my loan. I just want to make it very clear that I was NOT refusing to wear a mask and her attitude and irate behavior were completely unreasonable and has cost you a lifelong customer. I came in here trying to get my PlayStation 4 back knowing it was the last day, and when I paid and had everything go through the manager wanted to void my payment and I would've had to wait 4-5 days to get my money back and by that time my PlayStation would've been sold. I just left EZ Pawn realizing I was literally $0.88 short on my extension payment. There wasn't an ATM around and I was running late to a meeting. Sadly, if I didn't have the full payment the associates drawer would end up short so there wasn't really anything they could do for me. Well KiKi, who was helping me at the time, went into the back and got $1.00 of her own money to help me out! I mean it was not expected at all and absolutely unnecessary but she was gracious in telling me it was really ok and that she had me. This was the least I could do. Alot of the staff is rude. Only people that are always nicer are the firearm salesman. I think the prices can be a little high and they typically won't work with you to much on em at this location. They do have a variety of stuff though and some good finds. read more

I went in here and there was plenty of employees available to help! However even though I seen 3 people working they yelled into the back for someone to come help me. I don't understand why one that wasn't busy couldn't help me. This isn't the first time ether a few of my friends state this happens all the time. Seems to me that the girls who work here are a bit lazy and make the guys who work in the back do the work for them.
