I will say after I left my review yesterday I received a call from one of the owners and have some crow to eat. It has changed my view on the ownership of this place. Sounds like the issues with my watch may have just been a series of unfortunate events, and will update the previous review as soon as I get it back, but I was very impressed with her willingness to do something tough and call a frustrated customer personally even though it was not her fault. I took my mother's old engagement ring there to have the stones reset in a new design more to my liking. I worked with Emily, who was so helpful in figuring out the right design. They then had the CAD design worked up and then a ring made of wax for me to try on before they made the final ring. I was in here yesterday as I wanted to get an Opal taken out of its setting. I've never taken jewelry somewhere before but the staff was super helpful as soon as I walked in! They took my Opal and had perfectly removed it from it's setting in just minutes, and it only cost me twenty dollars to boot! I was super happy with the whole experience! Their customer service is excellent. I brought a 30+ year old ring in after it bent and they delivered it to the jeweler in an impressive amount of time. The issue, however, was that they estimated it would cost me $840 to fix the bent gold ring. I'll give it to them that is was impressively bent, but other than the ring being oval rather than round, there was nothing wrong with it. The diamonds were still firmly set and the front of the ring hadn't been touched. I ended up bringing the ring to another jeweler, who checked all the diamonds and reshaped the ring for $30. Their work is probably up there, but if you're going in for a repair, I'd get a second opinion. read more
