They're extremely clean, probably the cleanest pawn shop I have ever seen. Their manager Raul was so polite and friendly! The offer made to me was very reasonable, unlike other places that only look out for the business's sake. The actual transaction took about 10 minutes but I spent another 20 there just conversing with the manager. I would recommend anyone to go visit this pawn shop. They will take care of you, and there's you don't have to worry about dealing with an employee with attitude (like EZ Pawn). Go here! Enough said!

The security guard walked in after me. No one greeted me terrible so I go to Heritage jewelry and loan these guys were awesome. I had two rings. The gentleman explained to me why someone would be skeptical to deal with them. I get that but the treatment of US coins wasn't cool. We were amazed at the amount of items in the store. They are definitely known for their tv stock. When all was said and done we ended up with a 55" LCD Toshiba tv for $500!!!! And that includes a 6 month warranty which allows you to upgrade of you choose. Back to the CS...we were greeted by an employee named Esteban, he was an older man and the most down to earth guy I've met in a while. He was very informative and saw that my husband and I were on a budget and gave us the tv dirt cheap. On top of that it happened to be raining that day and as we were trying to load the tv it stormed like nobody's business! On top of that the tv wouldn't fit in my husbands car (challenger). So with some ingenuity and determination Esteban dismantled the tv so it would fit. This guy went above and beyond his call of duty. He even gave us a blanket for the tv so it wouldn't get wet. All in all this process took about 45 minutes. The entire time Esteban was patient and friendly!! All he asked was to be invited over for the game and a cold beer!! Way to go EZ Pawn!! Who said EBay was the only way to buy used goods!! Keepin it old school!!
