Excellent service! Very prompt! Ezra Tree Service answered my call right away, he texted me a quote, said he could come out the next day, came out the next day, and finished the job. I also loved how the company was licensed and insured. Many tree services leave their business cards at my door, and they are not licensed or insured. Other companies say they are licensed but provide no license number. Ezra Tree Service had it listed right on their website and even linked it to the state licensing site to confirm they are legitimately licensed. I also loved that they had a legit website. That was one of the reasons why I chose to call them. Some companies are licensed but don't have a company website. This made me go with Ezra Tree Service over the other companies. Lastly, I had called another company before contacting Ezra Tree Service. The other company never returned my phone call after multiple times trying to reach out to them. They did not make me feel like a valued customer. But Ezra Tree Service responded so quickly and trimmed my trees within a day of contacting them. I wouldnt have expected to have particularly strong opinions about a tree-trimming service, and yet, here I am raving about Ezra Tree Service. These guys are awesome. They work hard, they work quick, the prices are good, they clean up thoroughly, and the guys are nice/polite/friendly. I called them up asking about getting a quote for a tree trimming, expecting to schedule something later in the week. They came the same day, and gave a quote, and that quote is exactly what I paid two days later when they let me know they were free and could come take care of my tree several days earlier than we had originally discussed. I had them trim back a Chinese Elm that is about 55 feet tall and grows in and around power lines. These guys showed up around 12, got to work, and were totally finished by no later than 3. They did exactly what I asked for, and the tree looks much better than it did (if I had thought ahead I would post before and after pictures but I didnt). I am so happy that I found Ezra Tree Services. I like big natural looking trees that are properly maintained and not topped off. It is difficult to find a knowledgeable and skilled tree trimmer in the Inland Empire. I have many types of large trees growing on my property. Ezra and his crew are very knowledgeable about trees. They know how to trim each type of tree properly so they aren't damaged nor become ill. Ezra and his crew are respectful and kind. Ezra shows up on time as scheduled and he always follows through. From the moment I made a phone call to Ezra until the job was finished and I paid him he and his crew were top notch. I called 3 different company's, Ezra was the 1st to return my call. He was prompt to our appointment, clean cut and professional. I wanted to hire him right then but followed through the process of getting 3 bids. The next man we met with gave us an estimate about $700. More than Ezra. The 3rd one cancelled last minute. We called Ezra on Sunday and he was here with his crew, truck and chipper on Tuesday. They had some mechanical issues with the stump grinder so Ezra communicated with us Tuesday night and asked for a day to have it worked on. They were here first thing Thursday morning and completed the job at mid day. They cleaned up everything! They were polite and courteous and did an awesome job of removing several trees including the stumps and beautifully trimming 3. Ezra tree service will for sure get my business again! Called them Monday morning at 830am. At my place around 10am for quote to trim up 7 very large, overgrown bushes. Believe me when I tell you, these bushes were out of control! Big as trees! Hanging all over our roof, our brick wall into our neighbors yard. It was a lot. The price was very reasonable. Actually about a hundred bucks less than what I was expecting to pay. (We usually have these trimmed up every couple of years, so I had an amount in my head). They arrived the next day, Tuesday, around noon. Their equipment looked very clean and well taken care of. The guys were decked out in PPE (personal protective equipment) i.e. safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, harnesses etc. Very very professional. The work was done very fast and efficiently. When they were done, the clean up was so good, I only knew they were there because the bushes were trimmed! They must have done a good job cleaning the neighbors yard as well because if they hadn't, I'm sure we would have heard about it! read more

A large limb broke from the center of our tree and was half laying in the yard. I needed someone fast and read their Yelp reviews. Fast service, on time and reasonable rates are the reasons I called. Ezra came out the day I called, inspected the tree and we agreed the tree needed to have dead stuff removed (there was a lot)so it wouldn't happen again. He gave me a great quote and said they could do it that week. The crew showed up half an hour early and went right to work. I am very critical of how trees are trimmed and was very impressed with the excellent work they did. This was an experienced crew and it showed. There were 2 men in the tree and a spotter on the ground advising them where to cut. There was a ground person clearing the branches as they fell and fed into a truck with a wood chipper. I called Ezra and he answered, not a voicemail! We set up an appointment for a quote and he showed up on time (WTH!). I needed my 30-year-old Eucalyptus thinned down, Ezra saw needs in my tree that I didn't notice, I am a caveman..."I need cut." We'd agreed upon a price and a time and his guys showed up on time (can you guess I appreciate professional punctuality :)). The skill level his workers possess to climb up a 150' Eucalyptus is amazing, I can see the safety precautions they were taking. The cuts on my trees are precise, close to the trunk and they did an amazing job pruning/thining the tree. My tree looks wonderful and symmetrical. They did a fantastic job and they listened to what I wanted and delivered a great product. Additionally, they cleaned up everything before they left. I needed to have four tall Mexican palm trees removed from a rental property in Corona. I called several tree trimmers and landscapers on Yelp and Ezra was the only one willing to go out immediately and provide an estimate. I like what I heard, the price was reasonable and his reviews were excellent. So, I hired them. They were out first thing the next morning as promised, removed all four trees and hauled them away. Additionally, as I read in other reviews, they did an excellent job in cleaning up. As a bonus, Ezra also threw in laying sod down in the areas where the trees were removed so the backyard would look good without charging me. I was very impressed with Ezra Tree Service. The quote response time was incredibly fast! The owner replied and was quick to answer all my questions. I got my tree removed the following day and the crew actually was able to come earlier than scheduled which made me even more impressed! Everyone wore a mask and they were all very polite the couple times I spoke to them. I watched them cut my tree down from inside my front window and was just in awe how quickly they all worked together and then the tree was gone so much faster than I ever imagined. We were looking for a tree company to deal with a rather large eucalyptus and Japanese Maple for a family friend and recent widow. Because this was not our property, we wanted to ensure that the company was licensed and bonded. Ezra's company was recommended to us by one of my wife's former students. We got a few estimates and they actually came back lower than one company that wasn't licensed. All communication was done via texting and with a few phone calls. They performed the work as described and the homeowner was overwhelmed by their professionalism and quality of work. I was looking for weeks to find a place that would take down one of the eucalyptus trees near one of my fence that was getting closer to my neighbor's house. Called several places, they came and gave quotes but not even worth mentioning. I guess a lot of these guys just quote you by looking at your house and your cars.
