EōS Fitness feels like a futuristic gym done right. The space is modern, spacious, and packed with state-of-the-art equipment that actually works and is well maintained. One of my favorite features is the dedicated glute-focused room (yes--glute girls, this one's for us ). The amenities really seal the deal: a hot jacuzzi, sauna, and an extremely clean women's locker room. While the sauna temperature in the women's area runs a bit on the lower side, the cleanliness and overall experience more than make up for it. I signed up for the "welcome workout" at Eos Fitness, thinking it would be a helpful orientation. Instead, I spent an entire hour being talked down to and lectured by a personal trainer. He literally told me I needed to stop paying for basic human necessities -- like bills -- so I could afford personal training sessions. He also insisted I needed to be in the gym 4-5 times a week to adopt the "gym culture." It was condescending, unprofessional, and felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than any kind of fitness guidance. On top of that, I had booked a welcome stretch session, which was cancelled without my consent. No one contacted me to reschedule. I called, emailed, and spoke directly with staff -- and got absolutely nowhere. Zero follow-through. As for the gym setup itself: good luck if you need a specific machine. They only have one of several key pieces of equipment, so you'll spend half your workout waiting for whoever's on it to finish their sets. If you want to be harassed into skipping your bills for a trainer, ignored when you need basic customer service, and fight for machines, Eos is the place. Signed up for the 7 day pass. If I could give the customer service here a zero I would. We checked in and was given a "tour" by Jonny. I wouldn't call even a tour. He basically started walking around and was like 10 feet in front of us and leading us room to room. He didn't even describe the rooms we were going into. I asked him what we were doing and he said a tour and I said you are not even talking to us. He then made a sly remark about my friend "moving" to Dallas. He walks around again not describing the facilities. We get to the sales piece of it and asks me if I'm aware of packages and I say yes. I told him I'm not ready yet to sign and he tells me I'm missing out on deal and how they are not going to offer the deal. I told him I still wanted to check out places in the areas and he questioned which ones and started to drill me about that as well. If it weren't for this horrible service I probably would have signed up for this gym. I went back to try and talk to someone but couldn't find anyone in charge. It such shame, I understand there are some growing pains but there is not anyone to follow up with. read more

Definitely not in Arizona anymore. This is one of the newer Eos based on the layout but is already in poor shape. Lots of staff on but weights are a mess and not reracked, bathrooms are filthy & toilets are missing toilet seat covers, and with most locations this size, parking is difficult even during less busy times. read more

I have a PF membership but decided to check this place out because of the sauna. Walked in with my 7 day pass to get a tour and was told to just wait. Waited on the couch for 5-10 min then someone came and got me like I was at a doctors office checked me in and then said the sauna is over there. Just pointed and went on her way. I'm in the sauna now, it's literally hotter if I stand on the corner outside. I got no tour but apparently there IS another sauna that's infrared and you have to be a member to get access. But with the customer service here, I guess I'll just have to pass. read more

I'm not going to lie the gym is really nice. However, if you have to worry about break ins to your car it's not worth it. Over 4 parking spots with broken glass. (EVERYTIME I COME) I go here at least 4/5 times a week. It's an uneasy feeling and I'm hoping management can work with owner of the building for parking lot security. Until then I might go ahead and cancel. For me this contributes to overall experience. I can't even focus on the workout because I'm always worried about my car. read more

I've been working out a lot of gyms over time and EOS has to be the best bang for your buck with top of the line equipment. I want to give a Big Shout Out To The Best Trainer "Coach Slate"the professional, I mean wow l! dude really tracks down where you at and helps you build towards your goal. Disappointing customer service. The facility itself seems nice, and I've genuinely liked the EōS brand--I was a member for three years. I recently moved from Phoenix to Dallas and wanted to check out this location to see if it compared to what I previously had. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. As soon as staff learned I had been an EōS member before, the interaction became confrontational and unnecessarily rude. I was told I'd have to purchase a membership that day just to try the facility. Not all EōS locations are equal, and since this is the only one in the Dallas area, I needed to see if it was worth switching gyms. I understand there may be corporate policies, but those can absolutely be communicated with basic courtesy. Ironically, I brought a friend with me who was also considering switching gyms because I spoke so highly of EōS. Due entirely to the poor customer service, they lost both of us. read more

I saw the advertisement online and wanted to check it out so I filled the form for the 7 day trial which indicated I can show up and check it out for 7 days. I was told to ask for Simon which I did and somehow I signed for a membership even though I insisted on using my 7 day trial. In the membership agreement an hour personal training is included but somehow I ended up paying for a personal training again which I did not completely understand I even called and asked how that happened and was told if I like my 1st personal training I would be charged for the second one but if not they would cancel it well it didn't make sense but I said okay and I had an appointment for my personal training on Dec 14 at 1:30 but I had a call that I missed at 9:42 and listening to the voice mail it says that my appointment was at 9:30 and that I missed it I called back at 10:01 A.M and told the person who picked up the phone that my appointment was at 1:30 he checked and said yes u can come at 1:30 so I go at 1:30 and the person at the front desk who's name is Ladarius Harris told me again that my appointment was at 9:30 A.M I tried to explain that I booked my appointment for 1:30 and that I called earlier and was told to come he says I DON'T KNOW who told u that but the system says 9:30 fast forward I ask him questions he keeps on saying I DON'T KNOW well if he doesn't know he has no business standing there he tells me that I'm not listening to what he's saying he was kind of disrespectful and rolling his eyes I was so disappointed I said I'm going to cancel he says I can do that without even asking why or trying to solve my problem I asked for a manager he says he's the assistant manager well what an assistant manager who couldn't even solve my problem in a respectful manner I was disappointed and I will not go back to that location again I will try the location at Plano hope to find someone who knows what they're doing because I really like the gym I was excited to start working out it's a beautiful place with so many aminties very clean and spacious the ladies room is big clean with a sauna and I can't say enough about how clean and inviting the whole gym is. Now that I've said my mind I kinda feel better and hope to be treated better next time. And I gave it 4 stars because of what happened. read more
