---Trophy Fitness Mockingbird station is an efficient little health club with the best people in my over 30 years of history with gyms/health clubs of all sorts. It has a nice assortment of cardio, free weights and weight machines. has a nice locker room, shower area and excellent steam area. It's never crowded, towels are always in abundance, the place is very clean and the environment is very friendly. Josh, the Manager is a great example of someone who never forgets who the customer is, like some of the bigger clubs. He enjoys his work, being there and will go the extra distance to be sure you have a great experience while in the club. Trophy Fitness has fantastic trainers that are always happy to help. Kelly. the owner, listens to his members/customers and responds to them. I also recommend the Trophy Elevation downtown as well. I've been trying to find a gym close to work, and decided to try trophy fitness. I'll start with the things I didn't really like. The gym is small...like really small. One squat/bench rack, one smith machine, but a good amount of free weights and cable machines. There were also a couple resistance machines and another separate part of the gym with a little more equipment. Definitely had to adjust my workout due to limited amount of equipment. Also, when I went to check in, there was a little confusion with the 7-day trial pass. I guess I had tried this location over 2.5 years ago, so it said I already had a waiver. When the employee tried to locate the waiver she couldn't find it, so I filled out a new one. She made it seem like I was trying to take advantage of the free trial, when really, I didn't remember going to that location since I tried a bunch of different gyms when I had originally moved to Dallas years ago. I clarified that even though it was years ago, I wasn't able to use the free trial pass and she said that it didn't matter regardless of when I received the pass. Since she wasn't able to find my old account, she still let me use the pass, but said if they were able to locate it, I would be responsible for the day-pass fee. It wasn't the best impression and being such a small gym, left me feeling uncomfortable for the genuine misunderstanding. I will say the locker room space was very well kept and was fully stocked with anything I could possibly need for the day. The spa area also looked really nice, I'm sad I didn't get to try it out! Overall, I think for what I'm looking for, this gym isn't for me, but would recommend to anyone looking for a small gym feel. read more

I can not say enough good things about this gym! I had to take 6 months off for ACL surgery and when I came back the staff was genuinely concerned as to why I had been gone for so long! Everyone is so kind, the trainers literally look after me and make sure my knee and myself are always ok! -Elliptical machines, check. -Free weights, check. -stomach roller dohickey things, check -big balls (the "core" workout balls..), check. -myriad expected fitness machinery, check. -candle-lit jacuzzi area with cold cucumber water... WTH? Huh? "okay it's not uptown so I'm confused..." That's right folks -- the Trophy fitness at Mockingbird Station has one of the more comfortable/luxurious general access aquatic gym areas that I have visited. But first things first -- the gym part. While small, it has everything you generally need for cardio and a great weight-training workout. Now back to the good part. The small, but elegant locker room leads you to a small corridor to the "Water House". When you walk in you're greeted with the requisite small-tile floor, however they have "bungalowed" it a bit -- tile wrap benches are adorned with huge oversize pillows, wooden magazine racks nearby, a pitcher of cold cucumber water to refresh you, and a nice central rock garden (small) with candles lit. Venturing further in there is a ceiling mounted "rain-shower" to rinse off, sitting adjacent to the very large, very hot jacuzzi. And did I mention the soft new-age music playing in the background...or the "steam cave" steam room frought with eucalyptus goodness to get those sinuses opened back up??? Seriously -- very well done, very relaxing, very well thought, very rare in general-access Dallas. Check it out peeps. But don't forget your bathing suit because they don't like you nude in the water... ;-) btw, my deal is less than $45/mth I think and covers all the locations... read more

Awesome boutique gym that has greatly improved after matt Pitts had it repainted and new flooring done, he is also rocks as a personal trainer, membership also includes towel service and access to pur spa for steam room and sauna. Trophy Fitness is a great gym and by far my favorite gym in Dallas. The staff is very friendly, the gym is clean, and there is a good mix of cardio and weight equipment. There are also a few locations which I found to be great, since you can always mix it up and go to different locations since some of the locations have slightly different equipment. I absolutely love this gym. I was looking for a gym that wasn't a mega monster gym that is used as a secondary "meet market." This place is perfect. It's small, so it's not intimidating and it's considered a trainer gym. If you get a trainer, you won't get some kid that just got their certification online. Kandis was my trainer and she knows her stuff! She got me right and tight in no time! I would say go here, but I like being able to use the equipment when I want...lol. read more

This place is HANDS DOWN, a most magical find. I had worked out consistently for several years & when me & my now husband met, I took a year or so off. This place is perfect! They have the newest stationary bikes & all their treadmills are high end as well. Paul, was super nice & welcoming and gave us the rundown of the place. When I asked where the official "stretch" area was, he took the time to walk me over to the studio where they have classes, so I could have the whole place to stretch! Never have I found a place that met & exceeded ALL my expectations. 1.) Friendly staff 2.) Clean beyond belief and throughout the day 3.) Extra amenities such as fresh towels, showers, steam room & sauna 4.) Not a meat market 5.) People of all sizes/shapes 6.) Actually plays awesome music in case you forget your headphones 7.)
