Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about joining: for the workouts I do, you're required to use their mat and towel. I saw that mentioned in other reviews before I signed up, so I was mentally prepared for the extra cost (about $100 for both). They were running a $1 enrollment special when I joined, so that helped balance things out. Everyone here has been super friendly, and I've had a great experience so far. I didn't even realize how above and beyond it is until I moved away and had another place become my "home location". Christine and Will do SO much for their members. They really put effort into showing how much they care and they treat you like an individual, not just a number. They acknowledge your accomplishments with a shout out, they host events, they provide free samples from local businesses, and they always provide excellent customer service. They're just really compassionate & passionate people and it's very obvious they love what they do. That love pours over into how well the gym and its members are taken care of. I haven't found that in another location since moving away.

Class had maybe 13 members so it was not packed, but the overall quality of the instructor was mediocre, at best. Music wasn't the greatest, her choreography was bizarre as a cyclist out on the road would not be doing any of those types of movements that she was instructing. Appeared to be most of the members were regulars so probably used to her, but if I am ever in the area again I will definitely not be back for her class. As for the remainder of the gym, it was very open, airy, clean (amazing for a 24) and not too busy. I did not get ready there so I cannot comment on the condition of the locker rooms nor showers, but it appears this one might have recently been "refreshed" as 24 Hour Fitness seems to be doing these days with their clubs. Parking lot was plentiful and large.

Then don't plan on a complete workout if you are taller than 5' 10" tall. Equipment is European and made for people shorter than the average US male. The workouts are challenging and the infrared light and heat is an added bonus I can say the Infrared light has lowered my high blood work numbers!! They have Hitt classes and other virtual instruction classes as well. One of my favorite parts is they're never closed. It's a 24 hour a day seven day a week. You have to have a code to enter so you're safe even when staff isn't present Come, give them a try. They'll give you a free week.!!
