The employee at the pure barre told my wife that it's fine and that they would not charge her until she came back. My wife noticed last month a charge on our account that was from pure barre and then began to look back at bank statements and found they had been charging her for a few months. She reached out and was told they would look into it but would not refund because of miscommunication from their employee, aka their employee lied to my wife. We have not heard back and are upset that the employee lied about not charging us until she came in. We never received any communication that they would be charging us again or we would of went and talked with them as my wife has not been able to attend from the complications and then healing afterwards. This place lies and we would not recommend now to anyone and will let everyone know about this.

To make things worse, they apparently sold their memberships to Fitness Connection without permission or notice which has continued to charge us for several months without our knowledge and now demands payment and late fees! I filed a BBB complaint against Fitness Connection but they still refused to offer a refund and claimed I was notified by Fit Factory about the transfer which is total lie! How can these companies stay in business?! DO NOT do any business with either companies! I'm hoping for a class action lawsuit!

Prior to finding this magical place, I was nervous to return to my asana practice due to life circumstances. It had been 4 years since I was on my mat. It's like those obstacles poofed into thin air! What I love most about Keller Yoga is the diversity of classes and instruction they provide. Every class feels consistent, yet different. I've finally found a studio where my practice doesn't feel like sport or competition. Another added bonus is my family gets to join me for community classes on Friday's. My wife started going to Keller Yoga, loved it, and invited me to a class. It was wonderful. Now, we are both members and I'm going a few times a week. Here's what I like: all of the instructors I've worked with are welcoming, supportive, and fun. They encourage you to focus on your own practice and what feels right for you, which helps quiet my inner critic. They give clear cues so it's easy to follow. There is a focus on mindfulness and breathing that starts and ends sessions with calm. And there are people of all ages and backgrounds. It's just a good environment.
