I have purchased several mattresses from this location, but they will not be seeing my business again and will spread the word to others.

Unfortunately, today I learned they are no longer doing piercings. Other than piercings the store itself is amazing. They sell clothes, body jewelry, incense, tapestry's, and so many other things! All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Safe to say this store hasn't changed at all since I last shopped about 10 years ago. I was definitely feeling nostalgic here today. Unfortunately I didn't see Alex (has moved away) or Heidi...but I still felt like I was home. Definitely shop here and support a local Oswego business.

Teresa did the hiring, and she took special care to make sure that the people she hired were personable and friendly. Since this business has changed hands, that service is a thing of the past. The people simply are not as friendly, and to me it's a totally different place. Yesterday I asked them to cut me a steak because I wanted one that was thicker than the ones they had on display. It was only about 4:30 and they do not close until 8:00. They told me that they had already cleaned their saw so they could not cut a steak. That would've never happened under the old ownership. They went out of their way for customer service. I really hoped that it was just some growing pains, but it's been long enough and things aren't getting better. If the new owners don't get a handle on things I'm afraid they're going to lose a lot of business. They've lost mine.
