Simply pack up your cube which gets delivered to your door and the driver will pick it up. It fits a lot more than it looks so don't be deceived by the initial look of it! I've been able to fit my queen bed, mattress, a huge couch, tons of boxes in just one cube. I've even taken advantage of their storage option since both my moves involved a wait period until I moved into my next place. Don't go renting a uhaul to drive your stuff! U-Pack is easier and affordable. Also cheaper than PODS. No complaints here!

They were flexible with us as we had to reschedule due to weather, and had several complicated moves that were handled very well. As with any move, we took care ourselves to wrap things, communicate our needs and expectations, but I would do that with any mover. Ask questions, clarify and explain what you want. All furniture was wrapped carefully with moving blankets and secured and all breakables were treated with care. I've never seen a team of people work so hard!

They claim there's an hourly rate, but in the end, they will overcharge you for every little thing. I was only moving six pieces of large furniture and mattress/boxsprings. They tried to charge me nearly $600 and I moved within less than a mile they will add in charges like $75 for a walk-through in my case was me showing them one room. That's ridiculous! They will charge you $12 for a mattress bag which they then throw away. Their movers are more worried about being on their phones and doing everything they can to extend the amount of time they are taking to move you. Save yourself the grief and hidden charges and find another mover to help you.
