I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. They did a wonderful job within a day with cheapest price which some company has to finish in a week but charge triple. They truly care not just for the money. Thank you for everything. After about 3 weeks and 5 appointments he stopped answering or calling me back. He insists on coming on site to determine the conditions - no one knows what is under the ground, is it rocky? is it sandy? David explained the process, the technology of how it works and how to keep it working with the right care. I have referred David to many of my friends - that is more than 10. He shows up when he says he will. He does the work he said he will do. And he sticks to his price even if he runs into unforeseen rocks or other issues. I know some customers try the strategy of getting a contractor out to do his work, and then try for extra 'freebies'. That's unethical. So I call my home warranty Co, they send a plumber that gives me a scary high price and describes the problem as a non functioning seepage pit, basically the 30 feet pit is not percolating( soil is not absorbing into the water), so it's getting full and water is coming out. I called 4 contractors Tim at Valley Drilling was the only one that didn't give me any shit(joke inserted) about getting a permit and didn't charge me extra for minor extra work. Tim sent his worker including Angel( 15+ year experience guy who worked like he was 25) and Steve the new guy. Both of them stayed till the very end. He also send 2 drillers that have been doing this work since they were kids with their dad. I think at the end I had about 50 years of experience dealing with my shitty problem. I even had the county inspector pop up and give his blessing. At the end Tim was solid on his price I was very happy they worked with my cement guy on getting every ready for a new drive way.
