Id like to say a few words of appreciation for Wright Septic. I have been a homeowner for many years. But only 8 years with a septic system. We've had stoppages and the plumber wants it pumped, or the septic services wants it snaked. Finally i get a couple of guys come out to the house because i was under the impression that i had to pump my tank often because of these stoppages ever year. They open the holes and show me where the normal operation levels are. Which no one had ever showed me. So they went on to say maybe its something we can look at before calling a plumber. They realized that the elbow leading into the tank had a hung up. They stuck a probe in there and it flowed right out. Charging a basic service call saving me a few hundred dollars. Wright septic was out in Oct 2024 to pump our septic that has been running fine for 13 years. Figured it was time to do it just incase. After spending $500..and told we were good to go.. yesterday Jan 2026, the showers backed up. Had a plumber come out thinking there was a clog somewhere and a snake would fix it, he discovered that the other end of the septic tank was never emptied!!! I purchased a home with a septic tank, I called and advised them of my toilet making a burping noise and the staff on the phone, I didn't get her name but she told me it was definitely time for a service clean out. Victor one of their technicians arrived, was super polite, thoughtful and informative on the process. I called around 5 businesses and they all stated I was out of their service area or they were charging over 100$ more than Wright Septic. They came out quick and had the septic tank pumped out In no time. I had no issues with any of the work completed.

Horrible service I came across them again after three years of them not responding. They owe us $900 refund on a septic fan installed our home aside from that not giving the refund that they promised when they installed the septic system they installed it as cheaply as possible with cheap materials, and still charge the full price and then they have to keep our refund. No respond No nothing except for the very first time and they said the check would be out. That never happened and no more response from them. One other important thing they do a lot of work for realtors and for people selling and buying their homes because they know that once the deal is done, they can wash their hands and walk away. Because the new buyer is just gonna let it go most of the time. The seller they don't care they're gone and over with these people check the reviews. They are one lousy company. read more

They are rip off artists!! They came out on behalf of the buyer for my property to certify my Septic tank and lied to my face saying they couldn't certify it because it doesn't work. They try to tell me that it was full and going to back up into my house at any time. They wanted to over charge me for pumping it, thinking I would fall for their scam because "I'm a woman and I don't understand such things" they were sadly mistaken. They didn't even dig where they needed to do their inspection. Then they tried to say since it failed certification that the law states they have to hook it up to the city sewer system. Lowest price to get septic tank pumped. Price for Redlands is $285 for the first 1000 gallons. $.25/gallon there after. I requested a quote on Yelp and Lori was clear and direct about pricing and what needs to be done before they arrive to pump the tank. I called on two separate occasions and she was able to help me and answer all my questions. She was able to squeeze me an appointment in two days. The guy came on time(within the given 2 hour time frame) and did the job in less than 20 minutes. One thing they can improve on was I requested the person who was going to come on site to pump the tank to call me beforehand but I think they forgot to do that. A month later I'm calling a plumber up who specializes in septic tanks because of my clogged toilet issues. They informed me the septic tank looked like it hadn't been serviced or emptied in years and was completely overflown and clogged. Our office worked with this company and got some rude & flaky service. We asked them to come out for one of the properties we are getting ready to list for sale. The crew broke the concrete septic tank lid. It took the manager a couple of days to even come out and take a look at the damage their crew did. We were told by the manager they would provide a bid to replace the lid, but thy never did. The process just kept getting dragged on and on. Price: when we called initially to get a verbal quote for the septic service, we were told one price but once the crew came out, they jacked up the price for the same basic service (not one of those- need to look at it and give final price). Customer Service/Billing: rude with a bad attitude. Definitely not customer oriented. The billing department somehow could not understand thy needed to send the invoice to or office, in our corporation's name to be paid. I am pretty sure every service company should and do know this when they work with other companies. Overall experience is pretty bad, frustrating and we are left with a bad taste in our mouth. Update: Be sure to ask if there is a fee for them coming out to you. I called on them two days after they were here to pump my tank and turns out they couldn't help me. That was fine since we Noh knew there was a chance of that going in. I was charged $135. Ivan came out, assessed, told me he couldn't help me with our cesspit , gave me some tips on what I could do on my own and left. I didn't have a competitor come do the same for $50 because I couldn't afford it if he wasn't doing any work. A fee for coming out is fine, but $135?? And not telling me about it knowing there was a chance you couldn't help??? That doesn't seem like upfront customer service to me. Lesson learned... two stars were lost in my book for not being forthcoming with such a high fee. Original post: This recommendation starts with pointing out the very fast response time for our quote. ( with in ten minutes) I got the lowest quote by a long shot with these guys. Lori in the office was clear, friendly and professional in answering my questions. I was scheduled for the very next morning! Ivan arrived around 9:30 ( they said between 9 and 11) he, too, was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the pumping process and gave us great recommendations on how to better care for our system. Over all we got the feel of a mom and pop shop with the quality work of a full blown chain business. We will definitely be calling them back when it's time to pump again. They charged us exactly what Lori said they would and were in and out in less than an hour. I called Wright Septic to come give me an estimate to have a line repaired and install two 24" risers in my septic tank. They showed up the same day and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. A few weeks later I scheduled them to come out, and they arrived right on time with a semi truck loaded with all the heavily machinery needed to do the job. They did all the work in 4 hours and were very polite, courteous, and didn't mind me hovering over them while they were working, answering all my questions. When it came time to pay them, the price quoted was the price I paid. They even went the extra mile and used their bobcat to pull up some tumbleweeds I had in my back yard. They also took the time to show me some incorrect installations I had on my septic tank, and they went ahead and corrected them on the spot to bring it to code. They also showed me some deterioration on my septic tank from it being old since they had it unearthed and the lid off. They weren't pushy or trying to sell me a new system on the spot, they were just making me aware of a situation I had and gave me their opinion on it, which I appreciated immensely. Well they did tell me the cost went up, so I should of been more cautious. I will be checking out other companies-$85.00/ hour on top of the extraction fee--seems very high$$- then anything above a 1000 gal tank is another cost $$. Not a problem our tank is not that large. So of course, I called Wright septic and they came right out. But what I didn't know was there was a crack that had formed in my septic tank. Ugh with all the stress of selling a house you could imagine the frustration. But not with Wright Septic the drivers were great and on time . Wrote a review last year. Sold the house now and realtors had these guys come do the septic rank certification. Got the invoice and they charged me for 2 guys to come dig for the tank. Their policy is 85 an hour with 1 hour minimum. What it should say is "one hour minimum for each guy we send out." One guy could have dug this up easily. My advice is to dig for the tank yourself or clarify how many people they'll be sending out. read more

Though I missed the appointment I made, due to another appointment I made, I was not there to meet them. They showed up on time and pumped my tank. Because I wasn't there to write them a check, they decided to pump the contents back into my tank plus more! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!
