TLDR: super cute shop with easy access and seating for all. Menu is great for everyone (even if you…read moredon't like coffee). Found the cutest coffee shop in Kokomo while visiting family. They have a large parking lot, drive through and plenty of seating inside for groups of all sizes, and an outside patio! The baristas were incredibly patient and helpful as our group decided what we wanted and described their various coffees and baked goods. Drinks: they have a large variety of coffee drinks and espresso options. They have different teas and their fall drinks even included a cider. They also offer fountain Coke products for those that don't love coffee! Our coffees were all delicious and exactly as expected based on descriptions. The menu offered enough to please my mom and I who like fancier drinks, my dad who doesn't like coffee at all and my grandma who prefers black coffee. Food: we got a white chocolate raspberry scone which was soft and flavorful, a delicious chocolate chip cookie and a bacon egg breakfast sandwich that they heated up and was delicious (sometimes eggs can be rough/chewy on these types of sandwiches but that was not the case )! Overall definitely recommend for a quick stop or even a long visit / meeting!

It still feels like playing roulette everywhere I go, so I prefer to make my own at home. I just cannot do caffeine. I mostly go to shops like this to feel like a human out doing something. The coffee tastes good, but 'm docking a star because even as I type this after leaving, I can feel the not fun effects of caffeine. It can be hit or miss with consistency of what constitutes a large and how milky your drink is, the prices seem to vary from visit to visit, and I often don't recognize the employees. High turnover? There is no public restroom which can be an issue whilst consuming beverages. Aroma also charges a fee if you pay with plastic, so I try to carry cash. I recall being charged for a cup of ice for my herbal tea in the past. Sometimes the tables aren't so clean and the baked goods case can have flies in it. It's looked better this summer. The wooden chairs can be wobbly. Overall it has decent atmosphere. It smells good like caramel when you walk in. There are two metal tables with cafe chairs as well as a bench outside, weather permitting. Rat Pack & classical outside. When music is on inside it's a different genre. The hours can be funky especially in winter or even be unexpectedly closed, but they are never open past 5 PM. Peru rolls the sidewalks up pretty early. I do like that they offer plant milk and have decaf without a weird lecture like the place around the corner... They usually have soy and almond. No coconut, but I usually go with soy lately anyway. Raw sugar, stevia for Lydia, and at least one decaffeinated tea. The baristas I've had recently were pretty pleasant. They have an array of baked goods including bagels and some other food and drink things in a refrigerated case. I've not ever tried the food myself though it looks good. I'm assuming it's local artwork which I've seen for sale on the walls along with handmade jewelry, mugs. They have a sandwich board for a donation program where you can buy a coffee for someone in need. Aroma has loyalty punch cards as well. You can enter the bakery next door through an adjoining door. Walking past I saw the case next door had cupcakes and heard a cake order being taken. So, while Aroma has flaws and I've been to better in other towns, the prices are pretty reasonable for this century and the atmosphere is alright. Cozy and on the Bohemian side. I don't go running there with excitement, but it's alright to sit and chat, especially when it's not crowded, which it often isn't. I like the downtown location.

Every time that I make a trip to Wesleyan University, I absolutely have to make this a must stop on…read moremy list.. the coffee is full of flavor on its own but they have a raspberry chocolate blend that made a surprisely wonderful impression on me. The first time I had it was during a student reception and I promised when I return it would be a must have. When I arrived they didn't have anymore of the chocolate raspberry blend but the young lady waiting on me said they could make it foe me. I got an iced latte with chocolate and raspberry added. When I tell you that it was the most amazing thing my taste buds had ever encountered. Even better than the original offering I had before. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I asked for it iced originally and it was made hot but they remade it iced and gave me the hot one as well. Super sweet and the service was amazing. It was my next to last stop of the day but no matter the time I go the customer service is always top notch. Looking forward to my next trip for this wonderful concoction, I feel like I'm already over due.

McConn is my go-to coffee shop (over Starbucks any day). Some of my favorite drinks are their…read moremochas and Strawberry Banana Smoothies. The wait isn't too long unless it is a campus visit day. Seating around McConn is usually full, so it might be best to take your drink to go. As someone with food allergies, I wish they had coconut milk as a dairy substitute. However, they do have almond milk and oat milk.

I came back a few days later to try their Death Wish coffee, the world's strongest coffee (I estimate it's up to 6x stronger than a regular cup). Again, the man working was super nice. These folks deserve to be successful because of how they treat their customers.

She quickly left, not sure if they were having technical issues or what but then everyone had to order at the window, pay, and wait for their drink(s) AT the window.... completely inefficient. I got one of their seasonal drinks to try which it was really good. The price is very reasonable. I love that they have an app so you can earn points for rewards. Make sure you download the app before you head here to Dutch Bros. They will give you a free drink as a first time customer with the app. I love that they have pup cups for your fur baby. I had got my dog a pup cup which was free. This is a drive up or a walk up. The building is well lit. They have all types of drinks and not just coffee. You will be happy if you try this place out.

The decor of the restaurant is that of an old English/Irish pub, including a bar in the center. They have enough seating for 20-30 people, but their business is set for everyone to take the food togo. They hand you a paper menu, and tell you to use a kiosk, but then if you want to pay cash, you have to deal with the person behind the bar. I ordered the Sushi appetizer and a bowl. The appetizer was a fair value, but they don't have sushi ginger, instead they had ginger strips, bright red, that they had diced - I had the same ginger in the bowl, but they left that in strips. All of the food was delivered to my table on a tray, using to go containers that you find in the grocery stores - including a plastic fork and soy sauce packets. Was the meal fairly priced - yes Did this place feel welcoming - no I would not go planning to eat in the restaurant - but if I wanted takeout while in the area, maybe? I decided to try it out and I have to say that it may possibly be the best donuts I've EVER eaten. I love a blueberry cake donut and it did not disappoint, it was delicious!! I also tried the traditional glazed donut and it too, was delicious. There is a large selection of donuts and they also have breakfast sandwiches, coffees and teas. The person at the counter was very friendly and the inside has a few place to sit if you want to stay and eat. Overall I would say that this is definitely my new go to for all my donut needs.
